Had one of the platters that let us try chicken, beef, pork, and rice and beans. Also had some appetizers including the fried yuca and black bean dip and chips. Not the best I've had, but being from Miami and working for Cuban owners at one of the biggest restaurant in Washington DC, I've had some good Cuban food in... More

We met with our friends who were visiting the Orlando area and staying on Disney property. They had eaten here previously and were there on the night prior to our visit. Knowing we were coming out the following night they made reservations. We arrived 30 minutes early and were told we would be seated in 15 minutes. That didn't happen... More

Once I saw a Cuban restaurant in downtown Disney I had to go. I didn't even read the reviews before I went (scary, I know) We really enjoyed it. I had the Vaca frita. Amazing. I loved it! Rice and beans were spot on. Plantains were perfect. My wife had the pork bites and had plenty to eat. She really... More

We stopped in after Cirque du Soleil for a drink and snacks. Music was way too loud and we like music. The bar was uncomfortable at best. Tall bongo seats at the bar were too far away from the bar and too tall. Service was slow. Food was not hot. Drinks were expensive.

Try the Cuban-style paella. It is a bit pricy (after all it s Disney), but you get a full lobster and lots of other delicious seafood treat. The menu says it serves two, perhaps two professional athletes. You could easily share it with four, especially if you want to have an appetizer. Our waiter Ricky was great. The paella is... More

Early dinner we went on a Saturday it wasn't too crowded. Cute place. Living sometime in Miami I know what to expect out of Cuban food. Word to the wise be patient don't go hungry. The staff is on island time. They are quick to make you feel comfortable and the drinks are strong. A little pricey for the small... More

We were eager to try this restaurant as we rarely have the opportunity to enjoy Cuban food. We asked the waiter for suggestions. What a disappointment. Cocktails were mediocre ( mojito and Cosmo). Apps popped out of the freezer into the fryolator, devoid of flavor. Shrimp in plantain cups and fried smashed potatoes. Shredded chicken was dry and bland, white... More

Stopped in after our flight and ordered up two lunches, cuban sandwiches. HERE is a tip, they do not charge extra to change your 'side order' of fries into one of the listed sides. In our case we switched out fries for Plantains and Tostones (Fried plantains)-- Atmosphere, price (10 bucks per lunch) and food all excellent. The Corona Lite... More

The lively salsa music made this dinner fun, but the food was just okay. Service was okay, not great, not terrible. It's noisy enough to cover up the noise your kids will likely make, but the music is too loud for some kids, hurts their ears. Glad we tried it, but would not go there again.
