Awesome mojitos and food. This is my second visit here and again nothing here disappointed. The food was great and as authentic as mass produced food can be....one of my favorite places!

I had a good lunch. Started with shrimp filled plantain cups. This was unique tasty dish. Had shredded beef with onions and peppers in a tomato based sauce. Also tasty. The entree portion was more than I could eat alone. Try it out.
This was recommended to us by our Cuban cab driver. It was excellent and very reasonably priced compared to the other Downtown Disney restaurant options. Very cool atmosphere. Large portions. Ceviche and fried plantains were outstanding, as was the chicken and yellow rice.
My wife and I stopped here to grab some lunch on vacation. Overall the place was really nice. My wife loves Cuban food. If she can get plantains she is a happy camper. The waiter we had was very nice and friendly. The food was good overall. I am picky when it comes to food. Overall nice place to grab...

We visited Bongo's on Saturday May 11th. It was 7 pm and it was soo loud in the restaurant and I requested an outside seat to try and lessen the deafening noise. After 10 minutes we were moved outside- still could hear the music. The service is awful only to be outdone by the awful food- absolutely no taste.

Our waitress helped us pick our drinks when we arrived. They were great. She also advised us on what meals we should pick. The food is very good, the service outstanding. The music was really good and everyone was in a party mood. We had a wonderful time.
I always make it a point to have lunch at Bongos every time I visit Disney but over the last couple of trips the experience has been getting worse and worse.
The inside of the restaurant was hot and we had to wait a long time for our sandwiches while the table next to us which was seated after us...

We started with an incredibly loud (very bassy) pop music inside. To the point where I couldn't hear my wife who was a foot away. We sat outside in a beautiful atmosphere which was ruined by the conflicting music. On 1 side nice Cuban music (a little too loud) to the other side a awful singer if you can call...

There's better Cuban food to be had, even in Orlando. Our waiter told us he had some "specials" he wanted to tell us about and then proceeded to recite the appetizer section of the menu. The food took forever to get to us. The atmosphere was nice.
We thought we would give this place a shot on a Saturday for lunch when the crowd level was low. We were seated right away and proceeded to sit for an hour without our food arriving. When it did, it was incorrect. Time is extremely valuable when on vacation and they didn't seem to respect that. In addition, the food...
