Great mix of food

Great place to eat! Boma is in the Animal Kingdom Lodge and definitely worth a visit (even if you're staying in another Disney hotel!). Its a buffet resturant so you go and help yourself. There's a lot of variety with some great African dishes (and a few staple American dishes). I found myself... read more

It's crowded and busy but the food is delicious. We ate here for dinner. Plenty of variety on the bar. If you want to try new dishes then this is the buffet for you. For a family of 4 you'll spend over $100. I highly recommend using your dining credit here if you're on the Dining Plan.

Last night was my first, but definitely not my last trip to Boma. What an amazing display of things to temp your palate with. The service was second to none as we had a great server named Victor, and every time I looked, the buffet was being attended, cleaned and always looked fresh. If your looking to try something new,... The food quality surpassed the average buffet with premium ingredients that steered away from your average American style food. Our Server was outstanding and encouraged us to make use of the all - inclusive price through suggesting drinks throughout the meal. The price isn't cheap but for the taste, variety and atmosphere kt is worth it. Would highly recommend.

We were really looking forward to dinner here. It was very busy, very long lines for food. The staff was very nice. Gave some great suggestions. The salads were the best part of the meal. Meats and dessert were ok. If you want to visit the AKL, this is a fine place for dinner. I would not make a special... More

Overall: This isn't your normal buffet. The food is fresh with solid options for multiple trips to the line. One of the TOP RESTAURANTS on property! GREAT service! Our server was very attentive to our table...actually stopping by for recommendations for the next plate. My partner is vegetarian, and our server actually brought out the chef to walk her through... Please pass some more of the French Toast Bread Pudding with the Praline sauce! Oh and don't get me started on the eggs with sausage, peppers and I can't remember what else in it but was quiche-like and absolutely delicious. My husband loved the corned beef cornbread hash and the potato wedges. And we all loved the Jungle Juice -... More

The reason why I say this is the best is due to the variety and the selection. The dishes were fresh and amazing. If you like trying different food - this is your place. Also, the desserts were the perfect size - just the right amount to taste. I highly suggest not wasting your money on the drinks. They are... More

Very cool restaurant with great food and service. Wish I could remember our server's name because he was really great. He was very good with our kids, and said he had 8 of his own, so he had lots of experience. The food was a cool mix of some more traditional African fare and some more Americanized food. We really...
