Description: 50's Prime Time Café serves classic American comfort food in a TV-themed setting. The restaurant sits across from Echo Lake in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park. The 50's Prime Time Café menu includes family favorites like golden fried chicken, traditional meatloaf and pot roast, cooked the way Mom used to make it—that is, if Mom were a 1950s sitcom star.Be welcomed into Mom's family and feel at home in her kitchenette. But Mom expects you to mind your manners, so don't be surprised if she tells you to keep your elbows off the table. It's all part of the old-fashioned fun and gentle ribbing that's served up along with the food.TV Tables and Tune-In LoungeFor a special treat at 50's Prime Time Café, grab a "TV Table" that seats up to 4 diners and has a television next to the table that broadcasts clips from popular prime time sitcoms circa 1955 including "Father Knows Best" and the original "Mickey Mouse Club."Bop into 50's Prime Time Café for lunch or dinner. Cocktails, wines by the glass and frosty beers are available from Mom for Guests 21 years of age and older, or relax in the Tune-In Lounge full-service bar and sip Dad's Electric Lemonade or Grandma's Picnic Punch. From the mid-50s knick-knacks and memorabilia that decorate this restaurant to the dessert menu displayed through viewfinder toys, nostalgia is the main ingredient at 50's Prime Time Café.

Good "Mom's meal (meat & three), back to the '50 decor and more. Plentiful portions and delicious fried chicken. Would go back

The first thing I have to mention, is the attention to detail that this restaurant exemplifies. You will get a lot of laughs plenty through the entertaining waiting staff, but also this place simply has good food. Admittedly it's not anything out of the ordinary, however, there is something to be said for classic American food, and this restaurant does... More

So this was my first time there so I have nothing else to judge it by. The server was very entertaining. The portions were well above average. The desert was enough for two or three people and the food was good . Great decor and Mandy our waitress was great . My kids loved it and so do did my... More

I had read all the reviews and planned my vacation for over a year, 50's seemed like a must. The service was ok, the atmosphere was as expected but the food was just ok. I ordered a sampler of moms favorites and my husband had the pot roast. There was nothing special about the food other than us spending a... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at! The servers are great and very entertaining I remember all the ones I've had every year.I've been here 6 times and had great service every year! I love the feel of being in the 1950s, it is really good themed. The food is like the home style food you would... More

Never have eaten here in all the visits to Hollywood Studios. We were missing out. The restaurant is set up like your grandma's place from the formica tables to the den furniture you wait on. They have done a great job (not a big shock with Disney!) of recreating the 1950's family dinner. Food was excellent. Dad's Stuffed Pork Chop... More

we haven't been here in years. We just had lunch and it was very good. Our server "uncle Gary" was great and interacted with our 4 yr old. Portions are huge and the food is great. Also a very good place to grab a cocktail. Decor is very authentic and I suggest the sampler with meatloaf, fried chicken, and pot... More

We ate lunch and it was our first experience at this particular restaurant. The ambience was good and the banter from our waiter was also entertaining. I shared the sampler with my husband. The fried chicken was good but the roast was fatty. The meatloaf was tasty. We had the fried cheese as an appetizer and I highly recommend it.... More
