The Christner family invites you to join them at Orlando's favorite for prime steak and lobster. Opened in 1993, Christner's is truly a family business "we have very little turnover because our employees are part of the family"!!! Our customers are locals...business people... travelers...vacationers and sports stars... including many celebrities. Everyone agrees...outstanding menu...professional staff and America's Most Award Winning Steakhouse!! The Christners maintain an informal flavor of warm, hands-on, personal hospitality. As Russ said, "Hey, we're just a humble little steakhouse" Enter a guest, leave a friend. The Bread: Baked fresh daily and served piping hot to your table. Rip it. Break it. Just don't cut it with a knife. The Beef: Prime, aged corn-fed straight from the Midwest never frozen and cut to order right off the loin. The Lobster: Cold Water Australian Tails. The Wine Room: 5500 bottles of selected wines to choose from.

Greates Steak in Town

Love their steak! Have not found any other restaurant (anywhere in the world), that can equal the quality of steaks from Christner's. My husband and I only consider this restaurant when we crave meat.

This place was delicious!! It was a second option because our first option was booked, but our party of 7 agreed that it was a lucky accident!!! Every steak was cooked perfectly! Their chateau potatoes were out of this world yummy, but to top off the meal I ordered an orange cake....I have never seen an orange cake on a... More

This was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten in my life. I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was perfection. It was on par with Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, FL. The bleu cheese wedge salad was perfect with lots of dressing. The onion rings were massive - I'm not sure where they even got onion... More

I took my wife to Christner's recently to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. I had made reservations, and told them about the celebrations when they asked if it was for a special occasion. The waiter also asked, and we told him, also. More about this later..... We started with generous cocktails, well-made. A loaf of freshly baked bread was... More

I had a Prime Ribeye, medium rare. Slightly overcooked but perfectly seared on the outside, and hands down the best steak I've eaten. It was flavourful, and had a beefy, buttery taste typical of well-aged steaks. Others ordered the Filet, and the Prime Strip, which I tasted. The Filet was soft enough to be cut with a spoon but if... More

Being a frequent visitor to the Orlando area, a stop to Christner's is a MUST every single time. This is the first place across the nation that comes to mind when I'm craving a good steak! Onion rings for an appetizer are always a good idea, as is the cheese plate, loaded up with real Wisconsin cheese!

I came here before the Rolling Stones concert. If it had not been the Stones, this would have been the highlight of my night. The food was amazing (just as good as Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa). Steak was cooked perfectly and tender. The spinach was great and so was the wedge salad. Christner's is an old high class restaurant with... More

By far the best steakhouse in Orlando. If you are familiar with Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, this is Orlando's answer. Used to be Del Frisco's, but now the Christner Family, the original franchise owners, have "done their time" as franchisees and now own the best steakhouse in town. They stamp the place with personalized service only an owner operated place... More

Orlando is flush with chain restaurants, especially steak houses. My advice is skip the chain spots and forget the hype that is directed to tourists. Find your way to Christner's. The food is outstanding. I had the strip steak and it was so tender that I did not need a knife. The skillet potatoes and onions were so good that... More

This is a place where you will lose yourself with your party I expected this to be one of those snobby places where they will frown up on you if you screeched with your utensil. The environment was friendly. The waitress made us feel as if we were guests in her house. The owner passes by and says hi and... More
