Service at the bar for martinis was as we expected, excellent. We had the ahi tuna appetizer that was delicious. For dinner, the Carole's filet was perfect in size for the smaller appetite, and the 16 oz. ribeye was the best my husband has had in a restaurant. The lobster was delicious, but a bit overcooked this time. Overall, excellent... More

As a lover of this family owned restaurant, nothing could be better than to be greeted by all the owners, seated at the best table in the house, and served one of the finest meals of this kind! Fortunately, our daughter and dear friends have gifted us with gift cards to this old fashioned steak house. It is especially fitting... More

We dined at Christner's last month for my birthday. Once again I elected to have the filet, this time the 12 oz size. I am a fan of having it cooked Pittsburgh black and it arrived cooked to perfection. Basically I just had the steak and bread as I love their homemade bread. My wife enjoyed the shrimp scampi with... Steaks were salty chewy and tough. The lobster was cool and rubbery. The service was inconsistent. I'm wondering if this is why they are no longer del frisco's?! There are to many other choices. Won't be back.

Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster has consistently been one of Orlando’s best steakhouses. Its also one of Orlando's longest standing, having been in business for over twenty years under the former Del Frisco's name. What makes this fine dining experience even better, is that it is fashioned after a traditional old world Chicago style saloon. The inside of Christner's is... More

I took my husband here for his 30th birthday and on another occasion I brought my parents. The bread is possibly the best I've ever eaten. I ordered the beef Wellington both times. Best I've ever eaten hands down! The lobster Mac n cheese is so rich and creamy! And you must get their orange cake. It's to die for!

In Orlando for a few days and had a hankering for a great steak. Wanted to avoid the chains. Really disappointed with the quality of the filet. Other items, bread, salad, side and dessert were very good. I'd give them one more chance as I suspect this may have been an exception to what, based on other Trip Advisor reviews,... More

Our waiter, Manny, was fantastic! Ask for him. He knows the menu inside-out and backwards. Calamari was great - a little heat, nicely fried, tender. I felt like the blue cheese dressing was too mayonnaisey, the mushrooms had too much sherry and the chateau potatoes were too peppery. That aside, the steak was fantastic! Nice piece of meant, excellently cooked... More
