We made another trek into Orlando just to eat at Christners. We were entertaining clients and this was a must. No one was disappointed. My filet was cooked medium well...perfect. My companions shared steak for two and were equally pleased. We shared creamed corn, a couple of baked potatoes(holy cow they are huge) and mushrooms. We all had salads with... More

First and foremost, i read reviews on a regular basis, and realise that some only write reviews when the food, service, or both, does not meet their expectations. I like to do both, and i do my utmost to write reviews as soon after the event as possible, ( So that experiences are not lost or have the capacity for... More

My husband and I were in Orlando visiting Universal and wanted a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We chose Christner's and were not disappointed. This is an old fashioned steak house with cozy bar area and dining room with leather booths, warm atmosphere and excellent wait staff. We enjoyed cocktails, wine and absolutely delicious filet dinner, our waiter was... More

We live in Orlando and although we don't go to Christer's often, when we have out of town business associates in, we usually take them to Christner's for steak. The person we took this year remembered that last year when we went, he had salmon that he couldn't eat....this year he ordered a steak We had a party of 5... More

Bar none best steak in Orlando. Start with a lobster chopped for an appetizer, salad if your hungry, then the 16oz strip... Service and food very hard to beat...

We took our son to Christner's to celebrate his 18th birthday, it was an incredible dining experience. The service was impeccable. The waiter and the owners of the restaurant went out of their way to make our son feel special. We had a sweet/spicy calamari as an appetizer that was out of this world. You must order it when you... Just had dinner at Christner's this week with some friends while in Orlando for a convention. The food was fabulous and I was very impressed with the service. Steaks are all prime and the seafood is also excellent. Be sure to order sides with your other diners as they are huge family style portions. I recommend the cream corn...I know,... More

It was our (wife and I) first time dinning at this steakhouse. We have dined with all the top steak houses. Christner's is every bit as good as the others. Complementary valet parking, elegant furnishings and decor, excellent pianist, wine selection and service to match. The steaks were superb. Steakhouse don't get much better then this.

We have travelled all over the world and this is one of the worst places I have ever had a meal in. It was recommended by a local girl who is in college with my daughter at UCF and also by the hotel where we are staying. We felt like have fillet of steak and wanted a good authentic restaurant.... Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry it did not meet your expectations. Our crab cakes are 70 percent crab with the remainder being vegetables and just enough bread to keep it together. As for the Shrimp Sampler; it is unacceptable to encounter shell, however we do not have any tomato sauce on the... More

The table bread was delicious. The steak was one of the best I had. My only disappointment was the service. Although everyone did their job and were pleasant, I expected more from such an establishment. I expected our waiter to more attentive and friendlier. However the food was so good, I would definitely go again.
