Quaint & Local

This is our go-to when we want good beer, comfort food, quiet, and we don't mind splurging a little (we can't seem to get out of there for less than $75 just because we order a lot!) I've honestly had better German food, but this is the best I've had in Orlando from existing restaurants. We love... read more

Fun German eclectic decor inside. Great Service. Authentic German food. The goulash soup was amazing. The German potato salad was fresh and very authentic. Great food and great atmosphere.

It starts at the front door. Our shoes were literally stuck to the floor by a disgusting tile floor and carpet. The service was not bad when we first arrived but odd. The waitress informed us that the prices in the menu for drinks were not correct and she did not know the size of the pitcher even though it... More

Great decor inside. Great Service. Food is amazing. I recommend the sampler platter. There is live music around 6pm. It is a a great value for the food and portions. A must try at least once.

Authentic German food in Orlando! From the Rouladen mit Red Cabbage und boiled potatoes, to the Jaegerschnitzel mit Rottkraut und Spaetzel mit Rahm sauce ...everything was perfect! The breads were thick and hearty. And the best part? The OWNER COMES OVER WITH APPLE SCHNAPPS SHOTS! The place is cozy...With decorations everywhere. Live accordion music added to the ambiance. What a... More

Wanted something special for dinner while in Kissimmee, was not dissatisfied. The food was very good, tried the potato pancakes for appetizer - WOW, come hungry. I love German sausages, very good meal. That amazing thing though, the whole restaurant is decorated like some German grandmothers kitchen from the early 20th century, I mean the whole place! WOW, very quaint.... More

My husband and I were here for lunch on NY Eve. The food seems authentic enough as we had the schnitzel with cabbage and fried potatoes. The basket of bread was fresh. I was sort put off by the signs on the tables that your gratuity would automatically be included on your check. I understand this with large parties or... More

menu was posted outside the door. Same menu when we ordered. when we got the bill, the wiener schnitzel was $2 more! Amazingly both of us got the same exact cut of schnitzel, I mean it sure seemed like it was production made and cut exactly from the same machine. The breading did not taste fresh either, although I did... More
