I have eaten here twice but my husband visits once or twice a month. We visited here this past weekend and not only was the food amazing as usual, the service was spectacular. Elizabeth was our server and she was personable and attentive. We were also visited by the manager, Lora who was also a delight to visit with! It... More

I always go to Kona when I'm in disney. If you are on the food plan it's accepted. There usually isn't much of a wait, but I always make reservations anyway and go early to have a drink at the lobby bar. Very good bread. Great steak, ask for yukon gold mashed potatoes. Not the experience of Ohana, but Ohana... More

Four of us had breakfast here, my daughter had been looking forward to the Tonga toast which I had on a previous trip. I'm not sure why but it was not nearly as good as the first time I had it. Except for the bananas it was very dry and she ended up picking them out and leaving the rest.... More

Had breakfast here the last morning of our visit and, of course, my hubby and I tried the tonga toast! DELICIOUS!! He ordered that and I ordered the usual breakfast with eggs, bacon and potatoes so we could split everything. My breakfast was just OK but the tonga toast was wonderful! The Kona coffee was also very good which was... More

We had heard good things about Kona Cafe but the experience just didn't measure up. Even with a dinner reservation, we waited over 30 minutes for a table. We could see a bunch of tables that were empty but just hadn't been cleared off yet to seat other people. Service was very, very friendly - the people there are really... More

The Asian noodle dish was excellent, as were the scallops. Six of us ate five different meals, and all were very good. Service was very good, prompt, and friendly. They were, like all Disney venues, insanely busy, with each table filled almost instantly when a party left it. That leads to very well-managed and great routines, but can make it... More

Service: We had a reservation for brunch at 10:45, and the restaurant was practically empty. Service was friendly and fast since there weren't many other people eating at that time. I think this restaurant gets busy earlier since many people staying at the Polynesian are visiting the theme parks, so if you don't mind a later breakfast, I would suggest... More

To just say we loved Kona' Cafe would be an understatement. We ate there for our very first Disney lunch and it was amazing. Sticky Wings, Pot Stickers, Banana Chocolate Brulee, Pan Asian Noodles and the list goes on... there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy at lunch and had incredible service!!! Dinner wasn't a disappointment either. The sushi appetizers were... More

This is a lively little sit down. Took my son for breakfast, total with tips and drink was $30, about what we'd pay at a Cracker Barrel. I'm used to Disney costing an arm and a leg, so as a logical, it's nice to know I'll have a spot to visit more often. Delicious food! My son's Tonga toast was... More
