Description: Emeril's Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop) is the hottest table in Orlando, and Lagasse's second location at Universal Studios. The name offers a hint of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street, home to Emeril's flagship restaurant, and the bold culinary term "chop". Located at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers a dining experience unlike any other created by the famous master chef. In both atmosphere and menu, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers diners a unique and exotic journey through the Pacific Seas with a delicious experience of Asian and Polynesian influences complemented by his signature bold flavors - a perfect complement for the Royal Pacific Resort. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is casual with no tank tops for men. Bernard Carmouche, Culinary Director, and Lee Kaleel, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.

My family and I ate here while staying at the Royal Pacific. I was hesitant at first as I have dined at two other Emeril establishments, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Kona crusted pork and it was a very tasty blend of pork complimented with coffee and cherries atop spaghetti squash. The Good: The menu was quite... More

Let me just say that the manager here was awesome and the waiters were good and very attentive. The only problem was the food. The mussels I ordered were very salty and hard to open, the manager got me a new batch immediately and even took it off the bill. The sushi roll I order with the poke on top... More

This restaurant was amazing. It was located in the Royal Pacific Resort on Universal Property. It is an Asian-Polynesian Fusion. Delicious food and great drinks. Staff beyond attentive and professional. For desert we had the Chocolate Creme Brulee, chocolate like mouse with the crusted sugar on top, served with fresh berries and almond cookies.

This review will be mixed. My wife and I ate here last weekend, I had the Duck and she had the Bag of Mussels and a strawberry salad. My duck was quite good, we also shared the duck fried rice which was great. however the mussels were bitter, and my wife would not eat them. When the maitre d came... More

meal was basically good for a high end restaurant- when we had an issue with one dish being very over salted, when mentioned it to the manager when he came to our table he basically dismissed it and said " we hand season our dishes and we may have put to much on -- we knew that. and no apology... I was excited to eat here. Emeril was my Dad's favorite chef, so this was a place I was excited to try. We went for lunch and it was not crowed. The menu does not have a lot of choices, but we still tried it. The décor is unique and the pond in the middle was very cool and different.... More

Let me start out by saying I travel frequently and love to eat out. That being said, I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant. As people have mentioned, the decor is beautiful but that's about it. The restaurant was busy but not packed and the wait staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The... The atmosphere was sexy and posh. From the center piece pond to the colorful lights and displays in the bar and back wall, it was very pleasing to the eyes. The drinks at the bar were fabulous! It was definitely worth getting there early to have a few cocktails before dinner. The appetizers and main course were very tasty and... More
