Emeril's Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop) is the hottest table in Orlando, and Lagasse's second location at Universal Studios. The name offers a hint of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street, home to Emeril's flagship restaurant, and the bold culinary term "chop". Located at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers a dining experience unlike any other created by the famous master chef. In both atmosphere and menu, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers diners a unique and exotic journey through the Pacific Seas with a delicious experience of Asian and Polynesian influences complemented by his signature bold flavors - a perfect complement for the Royal Pacific Resort. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is casual with no tank tops for men. Bernard Carmouche, Culinary Director, and Lee Kaleel, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.

Very enjoyable dinner

Staying at the Loews Royal Pacific and a fan of Emeril so couldn't pass on a chance to visit another of his restaurants. Asian modern theme of the the hotel and Restaurant carries over to the menu. The experience was not pleasant.. Met my cousin and her daughter for lunch and there were only about six tables occupied so not terribly busy spot.. One of us ordered an Amber beer or something similar.. The waiter said they had Amber.. I ordered a Canadian whiskey and named off a few Crown, VO, CC and water.. The waiter said... More

Tchoup chop has delicious food with fantastic service. This is fine dining with appropriate expectations. Listen to the wait staff suggestions and ask them questions - they can explain the ingredients and the reasons different dishes are delicious. Simple dishes like edamame were memorable. The bulgogi appetizer was amazingly flavorful. For an entree, I loved the butterfish; it was very... More

I went to Tchoup Chop for a business dinner with a client. The decor was nice, but the open space was loud and distracting. Drinks took a long time to arrive. Wait staff was nice. They recommended the Scallops. They were just OK. I make better at home. The Caesar salad was just awful. No taste, very thin dressing with... More

We had a 30 person team dinner in a private room. The food was delicious but the service was a snail's pace. We were seated well over 30 minutes before we received our first drink. One of my colleagues was a vegetarian, they tried to accommodate him, but there weren't a ton of options. They brought him shrimp chips. Um,... More

We shared a bunch of appetizers which, I think is the way to go. Everything was unique and fantastic. An oasis in the desert of chain and theme restos in Orlando.

First visit and far surpassed our expectations. Interesting combinations of ingredients with a pan asian flair. My wife has food allergies and they were very accommodating, not just eliminating things but customizing a wonderful entree of scallops and duck confit and butternut squash. Great sushi rolls, tuna that wasn't overcooked. The serving team was really motivated to please. We'll be... More

I have enjoyed dining at Emeril's location in New Orleans and expected the same while in Orlando, FL. Unfortunately we were sadly mistaken. We had a party of 27 and made reservations 3-4 weeks prior to our meetings. Our administrator had even "pre-ordered" appetizers in advance with hopes of moving dinner along smoothly. Well over an hour and a half,... More
