Ordered the Ceasar Salad with with Salmon. Dressing tasted and had the consistency of bottled dressing and the Salmon was under seasoned.

The B-Line Diner is a 24x7 conveniently located eating place on the first floor in-between the main hotel and the convention facilities. We enjoyed grilled chicken and grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers and banana split ice cream sundae.

Loved the macaroni & cheese, breakfast was good... service could be a little slow at busier times. The prices are decent, and there is a wonderful bakery!

I had the meatloaf and also breakfast at B-Line while in town for a convention. I found the staff to be very friendly and the food was very good without being too overpriced.

The menu was all good home-cooking. I loved the food. The kids loved it. Our waitress was in training, so service was a little slow, but we had no problem with that. Menu prices were fair 18-28 per entree with kids prices under 10. BUT we got a major surprise when the ticket came up to $100 for two adults... More

My husband, daughter and I went for dinner. I had corned beef, my daughter had macaroni & cheese w/seafood and my husband had the chicken sandwich. The mac was great. We all enjoyed that. The corned beef was good. I had the creme brulee, my daughter the key lime pie and my husband the buttermilk chocolate cake. He was very... More

Exceptional food. Perfect service. You will not be disappointed. Open 24 hours. Inexpensive dining with much better food than most places twice as expensive.

For a restaurant within a hotel, his was pretty good. The meal portions were very good and the food quality was what I would expect for being associated with a Hyatt hotel. Of course, the pricing matches the hotel environs as well. In any case, a good convenient meal.

Took an hour and a half to make one sandwich. Management is horrible. Just like the food that was burnt and cold. I have eaten here more than 25 times. Hyatt shoud be ashamed. Yard house just opened which is a darden restaurant and is way better.
