We first entered the store portion of the shop, was greeted by FREE chocolate..yumm! Then we walked next door and bought ice cream cones. They were huge and for the price, a great value. We will return more

so perfect and carry out chocs to take home is a must. just sit and watch the world go by indulging in icecream and chocs, doesnt get any better than that! more

The place is really packed and don't even bother waiting for a table. I just got my sundae to go. After paying we waited about 5 min. for my sundae which I guess wasn't too bad considering how busy they were. The sundae was OK but I would have preferred more hot fudge on it. Whenever I get the chance, I am sure to visit a Ghirardelli's, whether in SF, Chicago, LV....or WDW! I prefer to get a one scoop sundae...not as big, cheaper, and more enjoyable. The vanilla and hot fudge compliment each other better. more

I would rate this place great for its sundaes but have to give it above average because of the long line that extends outside the place.
