I've been there to watch a WC game. My reservation and entrance was smooth! They got me the best seat in the main room. Didn't try food, but appetizers and desert were good. The only cons is related to main big screen, it could be HD already. Price was affordable.

Food was poor and very overpriced. Beer was flat. Probably the worst meal we had in Orlando. If you want to eat in City Walk go to Bubba Gump or Nascar instead.

We were really looking forward to our dinner here being NBA fans. We were quite disappointed. The service was fair at best as the staff didn't seem to care too much about their guest's experiences at the restaurant. The ambiance was lack-luster. Old b-ball games played on various screens through the restaurant and they had some old pictures hanging on... More

If you wanna go just to watch game and have a drink, then you should be ok. If you actually wanna eat then you would be better off going to a fast food restaurant. We got there about 10pm on a Friday night. Not to busy at all.got seated right away. Took about 5-10 mins for our server to come... More

Very friendly service. They made my young boys comfortable and treated them like little sports stars!!! The food was average. They need a better variety of beer on tap too. Thanks

The scenario is awesome. NBA, basketball.. incredible. But the restaurant itself is poor. Very limited and pricey menu, dirt bathrooms, rude waitress. When she brought the bill, she asked for an option of tip. I HATE THAT. I give the tip I want. There are good TVs and big screens to watch games. I watched Brazil X Colombia for the... More

First of all, let's just say that this place is big. Big like an NBA player big. There are seperate rooms for more intimate dining and cozier drinking, and big, open-air two-story rooms (with a second story loft to look down on the players-er diners- below) with big screens allowing you to catch the action while munching on mostly-American favorites.... We've eaten at NBA City several times. The experience has always been good, service very good. The restrooms were very dirty. Overflowing trash cans and sanitary disposals. The menu is a bit limited in my opinion, would love to see more entree options including more seafood. Overall it was good, we enjoyed it.

Impressive statue out front and worth taking your kids to compare hand size on molded basketballs with the likes of Charles Barkley, Kobe, Pippen, Duncan and many others. Inside there is a great shop for NBA paraphernalia. The restaurant had a lineup which seemed to pass relatively quick as there are several games you can play while you wait. The... More

We went to Universal on a Monday and I decided we would have lunch at NBA City since i haven't been in many years. Not much about the place has changed at all in the past 12 years. It's a comfortable place to eat and check out all of the basketball related items, but it could use a bit of... More
