Excellent food, great service

Due to its proximity to the theme parks we expected this to be fair on both counts - a port in the storm, so to speak. We were proven wrong two years ago and had a great experience a second time on our recent visit. The menu offers a good variety, there's a nice selection of beers, portions are... read more

We attended NBA City on Valentine's Day and we expected long waits from any restaurant we attended however when we approached the hostess stand we were told by the man it was an indefinite wait. Huh, what does that even mean?? This seemed to be the most popular question all night as we stood right by the hostess stand observing... More

The NBA City restaurant is fun. The food is a little pricey (which is to be expected), but good. My kids were less impressed than I was, but it's one of the few things not geared for kids that we did all week, so they dealt with it.

We went there last week for dinner and had a blast. The place is totally rotating around the NBA and Basketball with so many cool interactive games everywhere! The food was pretty good and the entertainment even better!

We had some issues with our food and while the manager visited our table and heard what we were saying in our constructive criticism he neglected to actually "hear" what a word we said, if you catch my meaning. The food was bland and overpriced, the manager was negligent and beside the gift shop the overall NAB "feel" to this... More

I didn't expect much. I thought it would be like a Friday's or some type of average food chain, but to my surprise it was really good. The salad was fresh and large and had many enjoyable ingredients. The portions were big enough to split. And the restaurant was filled with cool NBA pictures and memorabilia. I'm not a huge... More

We stopped by here on a whim because Im a sports fan. Its nice but not extravagant. The main bar area is tiny. We didnt order food but the guy next to us had a steak, salad, and rice. It looked pretty good. The bartender that night was easy to deal with..cant remember his name. There is an NBA store... More

I'm not a basketball fan and have ignored this restaurant on previous visits to Universal Studios. This past, visit we went there as a last resort when every other restaurant had at least a 90 minute wait. It was a lucky break. The staff were friendly, helpful and knew the menu and the bar selections. The server was at the... More

As big as the front of the facility looks, you would expect a bigger experience inside...not so. The gift shop didn't even have a jersey of our home team, The Cavs, and one of the best players Lebron James. They gave us an excuse of "When the season started, they had LB's jersey". Wake up, it's January and the NBA... More

I've always walked past NBA Live on the way to Hard Rock Café but on this occasion I decided to give it the old college try. It was early lunchtime so was empty, but the staff were all very friendly from start to finish. I decided to keep it relatively straight forward and ordered a cheeseburger with bacon as some...
