Living close by lets us try many of the Disney restaurants without major transportation costs, which makes things fairly simple. Of course, many of the Disney spots are expensive enough to only try them once! Artist Point is an exception. Wilderness Lodge is a NW-y hotel near the Magic Kingdom, and it was many years before friends brought us here... More

Full disclosure, I am a lifelong Disney fan and loyalist. The Artist Point restaurant is located in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort and is themed in that manner. The interior is very rich with exposed timbers and a very high ceiling, yet it feels very comfortable. They specialize in Cedar Plank-roasted King Salmon which is flown in fresh daily. For starters... More

Artist Point is an upscale Disney restaurant in the Wilderness Lodge. The ambiance is a bit more upscale and relaxing than the typical Disney establishment. Not the place for kids (take them to the Whispering Canyon Café, also in the Wilderness Lodge), but a great place for a special couples dinner, or business dinner meeting. Try the Cedar Planked King... More

Me and my fiance went to try out the menu because we planned to host our wedding reception here. They are known for the mushroom soup which was amazing and can take you away if you close your eyes. The mussels were amazing as a app as well and just had to try them both. My fiance ordered the salmon... More

My wife and I had reservations at 7 but we were able to get seated early. The restaurant had a good sized crowd though. We were started off with traditional bread and some very tasty butter with black sea salt. The waitress was very attentive, helpful and quick with everything. My wife had the buffalo strip and lobster. The buffalo... More

We are here the night we arrived at the lodge, and the staff was not as enthusiastic as other restaurants we are at. The salmon was a bit dry. The buffalo and lobster tail was very good, and if you really want a nicer dinner at disney it is good, but with kids we probably won't eat here again.

They accepted our walk up request for a late table with a smile. Bob our server was fantastic. He had a good sense of humor and made the dinner well worth the visit. The food was excellent, just VERY expensive. The visit was for my wife's birthday and they made it a very impressive occasion. It was well worth the... More

The food was good. The service was great. When we first went in (just my wife and I) I had my doubts about such a big open space for dinner. I thought it was going to be loud. I was surprised at how intimate it felt. We have been to Disney many times and never thought to try it given... More

We were lucky to be seated along the windows overlooking the rocky pool and Bay Lake for an early dinner. The restaurant has huge murals painted on the back walls and attractive decor. The food offerings include salmon, buffalo, steak, and more, and the selections we made were very good, albeit a tad salty. The prices are as expected for... More

I have ate at several restaurants around Walt Disney World, and I would say this was my favorite to date. The service was excellent and the food looked beautiful in regards to how it was presented. Price tag is a bit high, but comparable to other Signature restaurants around WDW. My reservation was around 8pm, so it had started to... More
