Was here on Thurs night for "open mike" and to eat fresh seafood. Food was excellent!! Atmosphere is very casual and comfortable. I seen the comment on "noisy on Thurs night". To be honest, it's a live band in a smaller joint...what did you expect...elevator music coming out of a 4 piece live band?? I travel extensively and found this... More

Enjoyed early evening meal for 2, our first night in Florida. Grouper and Tuna both well presented. Sports TV in background and good (but not intrusive) music (not live when we were there but they obviously do have live bands)

The local's show up with or without instrument's. There is always an instrument to play if you didn't bring your guitar or drums. I have seen buckets & tamborines passed out into the audience to bang on for crowd participation. One night a band showed up with a horn section, lead singers. So, you never know who will show up... We went on a Monday night. It was SO LOUD. There is a bar attached to the restaurant and the music is overpowering (not live). Our first order came out.. Kids ordered fish finger basket.. it was heavily breaded with no fish to speak opf and soaked in old grease. Neither one ate it. The onion straws were good. The... More

We were at Fish on Fire for a meeting with a group of people. Service for a large group can often be spotty, but our server did a fine job staying on top of everything. My fish tacos were pretty good, although the fish was a bit over cooked. The black beans and rice were a bit spicy, which I... More

This place was not one of my favorites a few years ago. But, after an unfortunate incident causing a necessity to rebuild, this place is top notch! Service is occasionally a bit slow, but it's a very laid back (almost beachy) place, so it's not such a big deal!

We vacation in and around Orlando and make it a point to always come for lunch or supper (this trip both) at Fish on Fire. Excellent food - the Cuban sandwich is delicious! Wait staff is fun and always friendly. Looking forward to stopping in our next vacation in Orlando.

We stumbled across this place, because honestly, there isn't much else around. We arrived into Orlando, and just had a night near the airport before traveling over to Disney. This place was a great mix of beachy open style restraunt perfect for our family and had excellent seafood! We had the fish tacos ($8), the fire blackened gulf grouper sandwich,... More
