Late dinner on a Thursday night, and the restaurant was still nearly full and everybody having a good time. I was impressed. The Massachusetts oysters on the half shell were perfectly prepared and presented - better than in many Boston oyster bars. The appetizer of local clams in a butter/clam broth with baguette was so good, I requested a spoon... More

We were in Orlando on business and stumbled into the Rusty Spoon for lunch. We loved it so much we returned the following day for lunch before heading to the airport. The first day we had the onion soup and half orders of the flat noodles with bolognese sauce. It was exceptional. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The second day... More

This is my third and final review of Rusty Spoon. I really enjoy the service here, the staff always very accommodating. The restaurant was almost empty at peek dining time on a Friday evening. This is never a good sign. I love the flavors here, the thought process that goes into each meal. Problem is the execution and delivery to... More

I have eaten here 3 times and on each visit to Orland I keep going back. Menu is creative, presentation elegant, food fresh and locally procured, staff friendly, prices reasonable. My favorite salads are Meadow, with soft boiled egg and crispy chicken livers, and one with seafood. I had great ribeye sandwich here and spectacular beef carpaccio. Everything was delicious.... I absolutely loved the ambiance and decor. The food was also very very good, although there were not a lot of vegetarian options. However I got the risotto and it was fabulous!

I loved the whole setting of the restaurant. Great wine selection and the food was gorgeously presented and delicious! Although the risotto was wonderful, I would have liked to have a few more vegetarian options. For the rest it was a fantastic!

Great downtown restaurant and gastro pub. Order the burger...it's to die for. The fries are also a great choice. Big restaurant with lots of seating...you'll always have a place to sit.

We were looking for somewhere downtown this past weekend without any advance planning. We were hanging in the area after seeing NCAA basketball at the arean, and needed a family-friendly option with a high-chair for my 11-month old. We looked in several places that did not have high chairs before finding the Rusty Spoon. Our server was knowledgable about the... More

I've eaten here many times and I definitely recommend it. It can serve as a place for a special occasion dinner (the atmosphere and menu lends itself to it), or to have beer (big selection) and a burger -- burger is truly amazing. Make sure you get the onion soup, won't write the name they've given it, in fears of... More

I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We had mussels for our appetizer and they were incredible. I ordered the lasagna and my date ordered the lamb collar. This is where the experience really goes downhill...there were only a handful of patrons in the restaurant (less than 15) and staff was standing around chatting. Somehow, it still took our entrees...
