Wonderful service, even better food. The soup de jour was roasted squash, which had candied pumpkin seeds and just enough curry, delish. The blackened snapper sandwich was the perfect size delivered on toasted white bread. The bartender kept our ice teas filled and was sure to get anything we wanted. One of the people I was with had a shredded... More

My husband has been talking about this place forever. Apparently the chef is well known and a former server was on Master Chef. So we finally made it in. I was very impressed. We were seated within minutes because we had a reservation. It was 7:30 on a Friday night so they were busy but on top of it. The... More

We loved the farm to table idea. The menu is always changing with only a few items which remained on the menu for good reason. Our waiter, was a nice gentleman who explained every detail of each meal. We ended up sharing the "Lake Meadow Salad" Tender Spinach, red cress & Escarole hearts with Lake Meadow Soft Cooked Egg &... My fiance' and I went with a friend for dinner which we were looking forward to. It wasn't busy and the service was adequate. However, the food was very sub-par. I normally would say it was sub-par for the price point but it was so down the scale I don't know what price point to use. To be fair, it... More

The food was top notch. We had a large group and not one person had a bad meal. The spinach salad with chicken livers was great. The grouper was outstanding. Everyone said the food was great not one complaint.

I have visited this downtown gem several times. The chef is amazing using farm to table ingredients. Last visit chef had made watermelon rind pickles which she incorporated into a shrimp appetizer- amazing! Good wine specials and knowledgeable waitstaff. I will definitely repeat here when I'm next in the area.

A friend of mine (who happens to be my attorney; and, a vendor for the company where I work) and I stopped in to Rusty Spoon today for lunch. He hadn't been in Orlando in a while, so he was pleased to see the resurgence of restaurants and night spots. Everyone on tripadvisor has been raving about The "55" so... More

The service was wonderful, but the food was amazing. If you are in Orlando, don't miss this! There were 4 of us and each meal was noteworthy. Fresh ingredients. Our favorite meal in Orlando.

This place was recommended to us and we were certainly not disappointed. Despite the fact that it was late on a Saturday, and that there was a very large, very loud party of about 30 people celebrating a birthday next to us, our waiter, Jared, was awesome. Drinks, when ordered, were served promptly. Jared explained the off menu specials to... More

My friends and I came in for a quick bite to eat before a night on the town. It's a clean and cozy restaurant. The waitress was super nice. We all ordered specialty drinks and enjoyed them. I especially enjoyed the cucumber martini. We didn't have much time so we ordered three appetizers, the Haystack, Lake Meadow Eggs, and the... More
