Superb food, great atmosphere, great service

Celebrated an anniversary with my bride. Got there via Travel Zoo deal. Both the wife and I had the roasted filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus ($44.00). I have to admit, this was one of the best ever had. Greek salad appetizer - so so. Key Lime for desert - seen better but not bad... read more

Citrus club was a nice dining experience. It's on a high floor so you'd think it would have a nice view, but only a few at tables get this. Service was pretty ok. No major shakeups but not the best we've had. Food was good. Scallops were good but for the price, 3 of them the size of quarters is... More

I get to go here about once a year as a guest. We belong to another private club so we have a feeling what to expect. This last visit was not as good as we remember previous vists. We found the food to be mediocre and the servers very informal for this type of venue.

Four of us went for a 30th wedding celebration. We were only able to go because there was a promotion for dinner at this very expensive, exclusive, highly touted 'members only' club restaurant. It started wonderfully with the upscale decor, a stellar city lights view, and personalized place cards on our table. They brought roses for the 2 ladies. Then... More

For all you FSU fans; and, alumni, what could be better than the president of FSU, the Dean of the College of Medicine's Orlando campus, Orange County Mayor Theresa Jacobs; and, Discovery Channel's Dr. G?!? We had a great time, enjoyed the Garnet and Gold cocktail, specifically formulated for this event by the mixologists at the Citrus Club. We had... More

We went to dinner this past Friday evening at the Citrus Club with our son and daughter-in-law. This was the perfect evening from the warm greeting by the hostess to the service by the wait staff to the quality of the food. I started with the crab cake appetizer which was the best I have had anywhere; full of lump... More

This was a WOW experience. The food and service were both excellent in every way! We had the she crab soup, calamari appetizer, steak, lobster, and dessert. All were cooked to perfection even though the steak was a little heavy on the black pepper. The waiters were attentive without being intrusive.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a Christmas party last Wednesday, December 3rd at the Citrus Club with the NICU nurses from Florida Hospital Orlando. Everything went fine with one exception. I needed a drink and was refused service at the main bar (the bar in the reserved room was busy) by a blonde bartender that informed me,... More

We go to many Club Corp Restaurants and we've found this to be the very best. My wife ordered Rack of Lamb, and as always it is the best item on the Menu. I ordered and Pork Special (Shank), and while most people wouldn't order it I was very pleased. We had Salads and appetizers and they were also very... More

Being a member of ClubCorp allows my husband to hold meetings with his team and business partners in a setting that is conducive to such meetings while at the same time offering top notch A/V services, fantastic food selections, and over the top service. When we travel we try to visit the ClubCorp club in that city, and we have... More
