Had a business dinner here, and was thoroughly impressed. The menu has very unique selections, the presentation very enjoyable, and the service is excellent. Portion sizes were perfect. I had the strawberry and beet salad, which was out of this world; the grouper - so tasty; and the "banana split" which featured macadamia nut ice cream. Every dish was memorable.

Hearing about the quality of customer service that Ritz-Carlton delivers, I expected no less than the best at this restaurant, located inside. The food was incredible. The server was very informative and offered great choices for entrees and sides that we never regretted going with. Very romantic and spacious. I never felt rushed or in a chintzy location. just not enough to take it to 5 stars. At this price level, everything should be perfect. Loved my dessert with the pop rocks. Painted grouper was good but not stellar, scallop presentation wasn't quite up to par but tasted great.

We can't stop talking about how wonderful Normans was at the Ritz. The conch soup was absolutely delicious as was the snapper. The wait staff went out of their way to make us feel like honored guests. They even offered to do half glasses of various wines so we could try the food with lots of wine pairings. Amazing. We... Just outside the Ritz, through a double door. Delicious food, well prepared, elegant, Floridian setting.

Visited Norman's for a special dinner while staying at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes. From the moment we were seated the service never hesitated. We were asked if we'd like to place a drink order while being handed our menus and the drinks were served so quickly we were able to enjoy them while making our selections. This is our... More

Loud, expensive poor service, over rated. Was expecting something special as advertised as Floridas number 1. Wine list overpriced and food was very average.

Started with jumbo Shrimp, followed with Pork Cheek. Sue had Ceviche followed by 3 large pieces of Rib eye. We shared a banana fitter for desert. Nothing in the description above makes it sound like top quality or amazing ..... BUT IT'S WAS! The waiter described every item on the menu perfectly and with an genuine enthusiasm. A truly excellent... More

The service is second to none and the food is even better. A creative menu, paired with an excellent wine list are even better served up with outstanding service and attention to detail. A true Orlando gem.

Loved Norman's the first time I ate there two years ago. Why was it better this time? I was so looking forward to the experience and it was even better than I remembered. The service is absolutely incredible and yet unintrusive. The food is so delicious that even when you are full you have to eat every last scrap on... More
