Went there with two other guys and had great food and fun. Very entertaining and the prices are right.
We visit Taverna Opa frequently, it has the best Mediterranean food in Orlando. The meat is the best quality and the humus is freshly made. You can dance on top of the tables and enjoy the belly dancer while eating and having fun. Excellent for big or small groups. Food is plenty.
We were so looking forward to this dinner. We love Greek food. We arrived and felt like parents that walked in on their kids having a wild party at their home. The floor was strewn with toilet paper and the music was so loud it hurt your ears. We had to leave. The food might be the best. I would... More
Excellent atmosphere and food. The service was very good especially considering the size of the group. The servers were attentive and took care of every need making you feel that nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed the food, it was well prepared and flavorful. I would eat here again and recommend this to anyone.
After reading a review on hear I really wanted to try this place and I wasn't disappointed. We had filet minion and lobster tail surf and turf and it was delicious. It's seemed to be full of locals so that tells you something and they bring over warm flat bread and fresh hummus to start that was really tasty. I... More
We wanted to find a place that had different GF foods for three of our group. And this turned out to be a great choice. We all had seafood which was fresh tasting with just the right amount of spice/sauce. We enjoyed the hummus which was unique but quickly realized that they didn't have any GF alternatives to pita bread.... More
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Orlando, and we have eaten at many of them since our daughter lives there. Opa is plain great food and a fun time for everyone. The belly dancing is not just a show--it's (voluntary) audience participation! The food is delicious--fresh, tasty, fabulous desserts. See our pictures!!!
Lamb chops to die for! amazing tasty food family friendly great atmosphere and especially like the lovely lady who takes our photos every year! Will be back this Summer :)
The food was good, the dancing okay, but the fresh hummus in a mortar and pestle makes the meal. I have never seen that elsewhere. Go ahead, grind the chickpeas until they are just as you like them!
