This is the place to go in OP for Mexican. Their chips and salsa start the meal off right with a bite and hint of heat. The dishes are always tasty and VERY hot - straight from the kitchen. I especially like their chicken enchiladas. Cold drinks and hot food!

There are 2 "La Nop" restaurants in the Orange Park area, this one on Kingsley and one on CR 220 on Fleming Island. We have been going here for Mexican food approximately a couple times a month since it first opened in the early 90's and dined at the Fleming Island restaurant this past Saturday. We love it! And our... More

If you are here for adult time try a pitcher of Margarita YUMMM, if you bring the family you will be pleasantly suprised at the bill, my family of 5 eats here and we get out for around $50 including beverages (*non alchoholic) My preference is the Kingsely Avenue location but there are five locations in Jax 2 of them... Great Mexican cuisine for the whole family, great price, big servings and great costumer service. I have a family of five and the bill was about fifty dollars, very affordable. Great for a family night out. Buen provecho!

I've been going here for many years. The food is pretty good at a good price. The portions are plenty. However I got food poison twice after eating here. Ok, it was twice over a ten year time period, but I'm still a little gun shy at this point. The male servers always seem to be in a rush, especially... More

Awesome margaritas. The food is wonderful. You may have to wait for a table depending on the time you go. they have a bar you can visit while you wait. Wish the employees could speak better English.

Though we have visited here often, we never tire of the food or atmosphere , at any of their restaurants, across town, I love the chicken taco salad . They are so good about adding omitting items to suit the customer . Fajitas, enchilada, and quesadillas. Are just outstanding, generous in portion size and SO tasty! Must try a margarita... More

Went here for a family dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find decent Tex-Mex style Mexican food. The amount of food for the price paid was excellent thrown in with a pitcher of margaritas and beer and even with the beverages was very reasonable. Food ordered: Carnitas plate,,,very tender and well seasoned and the quesadilla rellena (beef) which was also... More

We've eaten at this restaurant many times over the years, going all the way back to their original restaurant. We love Chili Rellenos but they aren't done well at this place... a slice of pepper only. The rest of the food is unimaginative and similarly tasting from dish to dish. The ingredients taste canned and not fresh. The female waitresses... More
