The goal was simple, to find a place that sold Puerto Rican food. Specifically, mofongo. We found Lelos. And I have to say, better than what we had expected. I had the pork chop and he had the shrimp mofongo. Also a cup of seafood medley and a plantain veg. bowl. Pretty darn good. Will be going again.

Very nice Puertorrican restaurant with the best Latin food. If you really want to taste Latin food like Mofongo, Rice and bean, Chillo, Bacalao, deserts and more go to this place... Friendly staff... Highly recommend...

I have been looking for a good puertorican restaurant near Lake Mary and thanks God I have found this place!! I will give you my perspective on each dish I have tried so far: Yellow Rice - Amazing rice with chunks of chorizo. Really, really good! Mofongo - Well cook, no dry like other places and with good balance flavors... More

It's authentic Cuban food. Plantains, Pork, Yuca. Everyone loves this place here, it is always too crowded so we get ours to go. One meal will easily feed two adults.

This restaurant is cafeteria style dining. Small and tight but don't let that keep you away. Step up to the line and order any mofongo, they make it fresh. It is worth the trip and a small wait. It is moist, crunchy and makes my mouth water just writing this review. I love it and their beef stew and Pernil,... More

While in DeLand visiting family, my sister raved about Lelo's so we checked it out. Simple decor and you order cafeteria style. But the flavors are very sophisticated. We got platters r/t sandwiches. Roast pork, rotisserie chicken, yellow rice, and their signature pink beans. SO GOOD! The yellow rice is long grain white with saffron & tumeric - killer. Best... More

I saw the Lelo fish and sub shop, so I pulled in. Unfortunately, it was after 7pm on a Thursday so it was closed. I decided to try the Lelo BBQ Spanish spot two doors over. You walk in and people are sitting and eating at every table, definitely a GREAT sign. I was going for the roast chicken, playing... More
