not gourmet or up scale by any means but really tasty & fresh and clean. The man serving was more than generous with the helping & my husband & I split the meal with left overs. unfortunately there was no tres leches cake when we were there. hips say thank you but the taste buds were disappointed. This restaurant is cafeteria style dining. Small and tight but don't let that keep you away. Step up to the line and order any mofongo, they make it fresh. It is worth the trip and a small wait. It is moist, crunchy and makes my mouth water just writing this review. I love it and their beef stew and Pernil,... More

While in DeLand visiting family, my sister raved about Lelo's so we checked it out. Simple decor and you order cafeteria style. But the flavors are very sophisticated. We got platters r/t sandwiches. Roast pork, rotisserie chicken, yellow rice, and their signature pink beans. SO GOOD! The yellow rice is long grain white with saffron & tumeric - killer. Best... More

I saw the Lelo fish and sub shop, so I pulled in. Unfortunately, it was after 7pm on a Thursday so it was closed. I decided to try the Lelo BBQ Spanish spot two doors over. You walk in and people are sitting and eating at every table, definitely a GREAT sign. I was going for the roast chicken, playing... More

I can get halt a chicken, with a heaping mound of the best yellow rice I've ever had, and vegetables, with a drink for the price of any drive thru "value meal." I think it all came out to $8? And it was SO much food. I LOVE it here and find myself craving it frequently. There's a lot more... More

Having met family in this section of Orange City to dine at other locations, kept seeing this Lelo's BBQ, so when we were in the area by ourselves, decided to check it out and so glad we did. It is not a fancy place, one where you place your order, then the food is served up like cafeteria style from per-prepared... More

This quick service restaurant has the most flavorful rotisserie chicken around. The menu is rounded out with Puerto Rican dishes such as Roast Pork, yellow rice, stewed beans, sweet plantains and other island specialties. Lelo's delivers consistently good food and offers very hearty portions. There is indoor and outdoor seating and the length of the line to order on weekends... More

Visited with my family. Great food at a good price. I found a new stop on my way to Orlando. Or, a new excuse to go to Orlando :-)

Thank God there is at least one Puerto Rican restaurant here! Whenever I'm in need of a food fix & do not want to cook it myself, this is my place. The food is great and flavorful. The peril has gotten much better & their mofongo is delicious. A little pricey but they give you a lot of food. My... More
