Stopped in to get a burger. Food was OK but lil bit pricey. Fries were smaller portions than I thought and it was a pain in the @ss to get a drink refill from them behind the counter.

Went for the good reviews. Didn't realize that it was a fast food place. As such it is a good alternative to the big ones and juicer burgers.

Interesting combinations for hamburgers, however found them a bit too greasy. More could be done to improve their product.

A great hamburger...what they do they do well. Nothing fancy..no unusual cheeses, for example, just a good quality burger, fries and soda in a clean comfortable place.

sometimes when you go back after while, hard to be objective, but having eaten now a few times at this and there second location last couple of years, decided I could be objective. Average at best. My favorite is fact you can put your own condiments on, and they have a hamburger/tomato relish, which is favorite of mine. Nevertheless, hard... More

Got to Jack's at 7:30 and was told "we're sold out". Is this any way to run a business? I think management is clueless at this place. Would I recommed it to anyone....NEVER!

With so many burger spots around and the trendiness in styles of burgers, I just did not find the Jack burger tasty. Maybe it was an off day or my taste buds don't mesh, but I've had many better burgers before. Obviously this disagrees with many other reviews - to each his/her own.

I was enjoying my delicious hamburger from Jack's (and they are very good tasting) when I noticed a hair in my burger...and it was not from the person's head. (ew ew ew) There were rumors about employees peeing in the milkshake machines in this restaurant 20 years ago when I was in high school. I didn't believe them at the... More

Jack's has always been a favorite. The place itself is neat with a 50s-60s feel. I like that I can put my own toppings on my burger and their fries are so good. The burgers have always been fresh and cooked just right. The milkshakes are also really good when you're in the mood for a burger and a shake.... More
