Description: La Bamba Mexican & Spanish Restaurants tell the story of the American...
La Bamba Mexican & Spanish Restaurants tell the story of the American Dream. In the early 1980's, the Molina Family humbly came from El Salvador to the United States with the dream of making a future for the family. In 1988 the hard work, diligence and dedication paid off as the first restaurant seating 58 people opened in Inverrary, Lauderhill employing most of the 12 brothers and sisters of the Molina Family. Today the Restaurant has 5 locations, (Plantation, Margate, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach and North Palm Beach) the largest of which seats 224 people having one brother in the kitchen and one sibling in the dining room of each location.

Lunch

I ordered the Ropa Vieja for lunch. It is shredded beef cooked with peppers, onions and tomatoes. It was vey good. The service was good. My only complaint, the salsa was very bland.

Go to spot for fajitas, burritos and chicken soup. Been to a lot of Tex mex spots and we always say our local spot is superior. Enjoy!

If you are looking for flavor full experience, this is the place. The service was great! Very attentive, especially with the kids. My kids loved the Kids Chicken Quesadillas! They even asked us to come back!!!

The food was excellent, we felt like they wanted us to leave, slamming plates and not even stopping to check up to see if everything was ok. Next time we'll order to go....

We eat here every month with our Corvette Club for our meetings. First thing, we go to the bar and are met with our usual drinks without even telling the bar tender. He not only makes a killer drink but he remembers who we are after an entire month has gone by, how impressive. Next the food, where to begin,... More

Went one night for my kids' school function. Our server was rude from the moment we got there, giving us dirty looks when we ordered from the child's menu and pretty much ignoring us the whole time we were there, only to perk up towards the end, when it was tip time! We ended up throwing our busser a couple... More

A million pros and only one con.. Perfect service and astonishing atmosphere. Everything from the chips, food and down to the margaritas was excellent. The restaurant manager Gregory went above and beyond to make our visit worthwhile. The only con would be that it is really far from my home. However, as long as that manager and also our waitress,...
