Great menu and service by wait staff. Very attentive. Continental menu. Seafood dishes are excellent. Prime Rib night is not to be missed.

It was a long day so we dined at Old Captiva House around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was warm and had an updated sophisticated feel to it. It was very clean which is something that is not always found on Captiva. Considering the prices are comparable to the outside tourist traps, this place is great and in... More

My daughters especially love eating here, it is so pretty inside! Very traditional, beautiful linens and chairs and tin painted ceiling. The salad is delicious, all wrapped up in a long cucumber slice - like it's own little salad nest. Very good cranberry vinaigrette dressing. Stuffed shrimp were delicious appetizer and the crab cakes were the best on the island... More

We would specifically like to mention a few members of the superb staff: Eric, Vilius, Mary, Dana, Alex, Robert, but really everyone there is gracious and kind. The food is out of this world.

Visited OCH for nice dinner with family on last night of vacation. Big plus that they take reservations during the busy season. Service was first rate. Menu selection was first rate. Suggest the crab bisque and lobster ravioli. Come before sunset. When you are done with dinner, cross the street and enjoy a beautiful Gulf sunset.

the sunset room is where you can catch it from, so reserve early to get it. The clientele seemed like old money locals, so it can be a little stuffy. The service was on point. As far as dishes, I went with a cold smoked steak tartar app which came in a hatched Bell jar, which when opened, reminded me... More

My husband and I finally had dinner here after passing by on numerous other trips to the area. I liked the old school vibe--reminded me of resort dinners as a kid. The food was good. The service was excellent. I was a little disappointed by our seating. We had early reservations and the place was almost empty when we arrived... More

Tween Waters is absolutely breathtaking, view of the beach from almost anywhere there. The sun sets right in front of Tween Waters, you're watching and then all of a sudden it drops out of nowhere. Spectacular!!! Food is wonderful, the Chef is so so good, and he comes out and walks around and asks how everything is. The scallop appetizer... More
