Well, this is definitely the place to go to watch the sunset on Captiva, as it is amazing! But if you want to see the sunset, and have drinks while doing so, AND be able to park your car...get there early as you are not the only one with this idea!! The food is ok...the calamari was disgusting, stay away... More

My husband and I ordered grouper, it was rubbery and tough. We suspect it was frozen and not fresh. My piece of fish was also burned. The mixed vegetables came out cold and barely cooked. It was like eating raw vegetables. We were very disappointed in the food quality and the prices were a shock for the quality of the... More

This little restaurant/bar was recommended to me on my first visit to Captiva Island. My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Key West and then Sanibel Island. From Sanibel we drove about 20 min over to Captiva Island one night to get something to eat and enjoy the famous Captiva sunset. It was so worth it! The food is... More

Parking was a nightmare as everyone desends on this place close to sunset. It is right on the beach, in fact, their patio is the beach. The seating is pretty tight, but worth it.

Perfect setting for our lunch. Friendly service. Enjoyed picnic tables in the sand and the beautiful beach in front of us. Excellent food too!

We had lunch here. It is located right on the beach. You can eat inside or out. Very good food. It is an Irish theme kinda pub. Good service. We will go back.

After wandering around Captiva we decided that access to the beaches was limited--more access in Sanibel. We took a side road and ended up driving right into The Mucky Duck. Nice restaurant with large outdoor patio. Ordered a beer at the outside bar and sat in Adirondack chairs and watched the sun set. Loads of people there doing the same... More

Sit outside, sip a beverage, have lunch and enjoy the beach views. The food is good. I enjoyed my crab cake sandwich. My friends liked their grouper sandwiches. You have to go inside to order and pick up. One of the staff came outside to make sure the visiting dogs had water.

What a fun place to meet friends, enjoy the beach and good food. We had drinks first while sitting in the adirondack chairs watching the beach goers ! We had fried grouper sandwich which was crispy fresh and yummy!
