Great food from a tiny restaurant.

Delicious Italian fare with HUGE portions. Honestly, we had leftovers for 2 more meals! I had the lasagne & my husband had the spaghetti. Both were delicious! Word to the wise, get there early as the place is very tiny and you will wait!

Worth a stop in for a great pizza with homemade sausage. Very friendly staff. We ordered six large pizzas and they were all hot and cooked to perfection. We were asked by the staff if we were feeding all of Nokomis. lol

Thank you for leaving some feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the pizzas - They are a lot larger than most people expect. We look forward to your next visit. More

The food is okay. But I have not discovered anything exceptional after 3 visits, No bar, small restaurant.

Thank you for taking the time to review Briandi's. Can you be more specific about what you ordered? The restaurant is very casual and cozy. There is a bar - It fits about five people. Some dishes you might want to try next time are the Eggplant Parm, Buffalo Pizza, Chicken Wings, any of the steaks, or the Sicillian Style... More

We were told about this restaurant by others staying at our hotel. We ordered pizza, and it was just great. Our friends had told us that all their Italian specialties were just as good, especially the lasagna. We were also told to get there early, which we did. It is a very small dining room, only seating about 40 people.... More

We appreciate you leaving some feedback about your experience. The Briandi family definitely loves to chat. Charlie is very friendly and quick-witted - Just one of the reasons a lot of people like Briandi's. I'm glad you enjoyed the food. So much of it is homemade, and it shows when you try it. We hope you visit us again when... More

We went to this restaurant for the first time with friends that had been there before. The food we had, chicken parm, was excellent. Our friends really liked their food too. The place was very small, about 10 tables, but they seemed understaffed, and the service was just average. Ambience was pretty good inside.

Thank you for your honest feedback about the Restaurant. I'm sorry that the staff could not be as attentive as you'd like. There are typically two or three waitresses on at a time, and during the Winter months when we are extremely full, it can be hard to be as helpful as they would like. We hope you come back... More

Another great experience at Briandi's in Nokomis, Florida. Once you've been to Briandi's you'll never dine at any other Italian restaurant in the Venice area. Year after year it continues to please the locals and snow birds. Providing great food, ambiance, exceptional service with huge portions, this place cannot be beat. I had the veal parm which was so big... More

This restaurant is another local, with very few tables which fill up shortly after opening. Their pasta is large and so tasty. Prices are also reasonable, with both bread and salad with dinner. All pasta dishes are very good, spaghetti, lasagna are two favorites-with leftovers.

We love this place for good cheap eats! When we want to just stay in for dinner, we call in an order for eggplant parm and pickup. One order includes a soup or salad and it is more than enough for 2 people! Old style Italian and delicious!

One of the venerable landmarks in Venice, this Italian restaurant is know to all the locals for the finest, genuine Italian food around. Superlatives are not necessary for the food speaks for itself. This should be a regular on every "foodies" list.

This place is small and interesting. The staff is friendly and I think one of the owner's had a drink with us at the bar. He was fun and talkative. It's small so go late or you might wait forever outside. The food is good. The portions are too big so split something if you're not taking a box home.... More
