We go to curry creek quite a bit and have never been disappointed. Not much on atmosphere but who cares when the food is good! We take all our visitors there. Our favorite is the seafood stew such depth in flavor. Support locals!!

Stopped by on Monday for dinners. Food was excellent as always. Menu is very varied from Tia food to hamburgers. There is something for everyone and it is all good. The owner is also the head chef and makes sure all the food is prepared as ordered.

I love to go to small family businesses and support them, especially when they are a s good as Curry Creek. Mix of Indonesian and Italian that works great, consistent, and the chef ( husband, father) always comes out of the kitchen to chat.

Decided to try curry creek when I heard they served Indonesian food and I was not disappointed! The first time I had it was on a cruise on Holland America line which has an Indonesian crew and I enjoyed it as I did at curry creek! The restaurant is small, but they do take reservations. The service was quick and efficient... More

This is a small restaurant that you probably would just pass by while driving on US41...but don't let that fool you. Park in the rear and walk in, take a seat and try to decide if you want an American or Indonesian meal. If you don't pick Indonesian, IMHO you're making a big mistake, not that the American food isn't... More

It's been a while since last heading to this favorite restaurant, in Nokomis. As always, diners are greeted by the husband/wife team of chefs, David and Rofie. David, who grew up nearby, developed his skills in solid European/American cooking and sauces while Rofi hails from Indonesia and is enthusiastic about her love of the cuisine and the distinctive spices and... Went there with two friends for dinner. We were the only customers in the place from 5:45-6:45 pm. The reviews said we should go....wrong. It is exactly what the reviews say it is ...MEATLOAF.... period......barbequed meatloaf, no less. Large portions if that's what you want, but we were so disappointed we didn't even take a doggie bag for the uneaten... More

Had their seafood curry and it was excellent. I had it spicy and my wife had it mild. I had shrimp and she had grouper cheeks. Would definitely recommend.

We also have drivin by here sooo many times and never stopped. Tonight I said I want to try someplace new. Looked at the reviews and said, let's try this. We are very glad we did. It was some of the tastiest food we've had since we moved to Englewood 4.5 yrs ago. Everything has such great flavor, not boring... More

I have been driving by Curry Creek Cafe for years and have heard that the food is great but it's near one of my other favorites and I just never got around to trying it. Suffice it to say that everything that friends and reviewers have said about this place is correct. Food is great, owners are attentive, decor is... More
