I heard lots of complaints before I tried it....and the complaints were right

I was disappointed when friends wanted me to join them for lunch because others who went complained about the freshness of the seafood and the service. We sat outside and the view was nice. I had the half roast beef sandwich and soup. The sandwich was good but was mostly bread. The side was... read more

Went there with wife to try it out we had a douchbag server and the food wasn't good and way overpriced. We got the spring roll app. It was 10.99 and it was two spring rolls cut in half on a crappy bed of lettuce. Won't be goin there again ever.

First time since Guiseppi's restaurant closed, thought we would give it a try. Got there at 4:00, very few customers there. Ordered, ...................it took 50 minutes to get our entrees, had to ask for refills on drinks, no bread served or apology for our wait.....we were ready to leave and go somewhere else. However once we were finally served, the... More

Having a fresh fish sandwich overlooking the docked boats on this beautiful bayou is hard to beat. Ernie Danjean has built a sound reputation for his Cajun inspired dishes and this location enhances this already well-known fact. The accompanying crawfish etouffe and seafood gumbo was the perfect partner for a lunch worthy of a repeat visit. Access by boat has... More

My wife and I visited Dockside on 02/19/2015. We have been going there since they opened at the N.L. Marina location, but this trip was horrible. We ended up sitting at the bar since we learned several trips back that you tend to get better service from the bartender than the wait staff. It started with an employee with a... More

Dockside is located on beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay in Niceville, Florida. The restaurant overlooks a marina and sits on the second floor over the dock where they have live music on weekends in a form of a "dock party". The food is Louisiana style and seafood oriented. Great food, great prices and great atmosphere. If you can get there around sunset... More

This restaurant sits right on Boggy Bayou, with the seating on the second floor. Absolutely stunning sunsets over the water makes this a great spot to eat. The food was piping hot and tasty. The portions were large and a good value. Only complaint, and I see that I'm not alone, is the service. While friendly, our server was either... More

Our alumni association chose this location for a pre game gathering. The space was good and the location in the bayou was lovely. The beer etwas nice and cold. We on,y ordered fried appetizers and they were good.

Friend got blackened fish/shrimp combo platter...came to table looking unattractive, like 2 piles of stuff, really black...but friend and I gave it a taste test and both agreed it was too black, salty and peppery to enjoy, so we had it sent back.....got it bronzed, less seasoned and it came over baby spinach and lemon slices...2nd time looked and tasted...
