We had a great dinner prepared by Chef Ernie. We brought our catch of the day and he cooked them up perfectly!!!! The sides that came with our meal were amazing and enough to have yummy leftovers the next day. Chef Ernie and the staff were great. We will definately return to this little gem of a restaurant on our... More

Had wonderful crawfish and jambalaya here! It was hot, tasty and delicious. Service wasn't excellent--think waitress was just having a bad day. We all have them--it wasn't a problem as we weren't in a hurry and thoroughly enjoyed the great view sitting out on the patio. Would definitely return when back in the area.

We were a party of thirteen for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal. Everything from the drinks and appetizers to the mains was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The lovely sunset over the bayou was a bonus.

Chef/owner Ernie knows what he's doing. This restaurant has 3 areas to serve you - main dining room, the sports bar and dockside overlooking the water. We've never had a bad meal here. On our most recent visit, we arrived after 5 on a Saturday afternoon. Just in time to watch the sun set on the deck...Gorgeous. I enjoyed a... More

Husband and I decided to try out Dockside for our anniversary lunch and we were far from disappointed! The restaurant was excellent! The service was well above suitable standards - very friendly and accomodating. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. The food - the stuffed grouper and tuna dip were spot on!! I was so full... More

I love the sports bar, cold beverages, and Brad Floyd behind the bar. The food is great, and the football specials are the best. $8.99 all you can eat catfish is great. My son loves the chicken tenders, and I love the professional service, and friendships there. (Oh yes, the potato salad rocks!)The view is the best. Met some great... More

This was the best Sea food ever. We called a few minutes before closing and the owner told us come on over we will stay open for you. We had a party of eleven and they were truly friendly to all of us. The food was amazing we tried two different kinds of oysters and a plate that had Grouper... More

YUMMO...good cheap oysters, Red Stripe beer & good live tuneage! What more could you ask for?? But I do dislike the 50 character minimum for this review, especially with NO counter!!

I took all of my site supervisors to Dockside for a meet and greet dinner party. I've had better seafood at Captain D's. My oyster poboy had room temperature, previously frozen oysters on it, sub par tomatoes, and wilted lettuce. No one else seemed to like what they ordered either. Do yourself and the community a favor and go out... More

When Dockside first opened at its original location, at the Northlight Marina, their food was spectacular. They had good happy hour specials. The service was fair...never good. But the food was really fantastic. But after a year or so the quality of the food began to suffer. And the service never improved. When Dockside moved to its current location they... More
