The food is fresh and the service is fantastic. Their dinner meals are larger portions, but they offer smaller portions (at reduced prices) so if you are going out for the evening, you do not have to worry about leaving to-go boxes in the car. I've had the smaller dinner portions and find that it is the perfect size meal.... More

The strange decor aside (it looks more like a Jamaican Rastafarian hangout than a Cajun restaurant/bar), The French Quarter Grill serves tasty food with a smile. I would have given a 5 star rating if our hot food had been served on a heated plate.

I have been here twice and got the same thing both times; the petite ny strip with the blackberry reduction. Both times it was perfect, the reduction is just enough. I don't know what anybody else had, too busy enjoying mine, lol. The service is great as are the prices. Must try!

We really enjoyed our first-time dinner with friends at this cute little French Quarter Grill! This restaurant is small, clean and homey! And the food was delicious! We started with a very tasty treat, the “Dills & Chokes” which was served with a delicious sauce! Dinners ordered at our table were “Chicken Pasta” – YUMMY and I took half of... More

We went here for an early dinner one day. We were very surprised to discover that the poboys and crawfish beignets were really good. However, the soup I received had been reheated and wasn't warmed all the way through (Disappointing because although barely warm, the flavor was good- I didn't eat it after the first bite since it was reheated... I have been here numerous times for office luncheons and have yet to be disappointed. The only negative comment I would make is the lighting...the lights are set so low, you can hardly see the facial expressions of the person sitting across from you. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

The food is very good. I always get gumbo with my meal. The bread that comes with it is my favorite. The chicken is well cooked and the shrimp are well seasoned. I've never gone drinking there, but the bar looks like it might get pretty lively in the evenings. The price is high but so is the quality. It's... More

This resturant cooks food with a French/Cajun flair. The food is prepared very well and the service is good. The bar is a full service bar. The staff is very friendly.

It doesn't look like much on the outside but the food is tremendous. We stopped in for lunch and the po' boys are a tremendous value. The special with shrimp and fish was an excellent sandwich with great dirty rice as a side. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Just reading the descriptions of the larger entrees definitely makes me want to... More

We are in the Ft Walton Beach area every other year or so and are always looking for new places to eat. My husband is always on the search of the best gumbo and I think we found it at FQG. The decor is a little quirky but has that New Orleans feel. I had the corn & crawfish bisque... More
