Super Sabore

Wanted to try something different to celebrate a birthday and Sabore delivered -- from the service to the wine to the ambiance to the food. The food here is good, well presented, and tasty. A bit on the expensive side, though, for what you get. Very surprising to see so many families with kids as the menu is definitely not geared towards kids and it is so expensive. Service was excellent, very nice atmosphere, and the Sangria was wonderful. My husband and I had a... More

The menu consists or a variety of interesting and very tasty selections served tapas/small plate style. Fun to share and the portions were a lot more than other 'small plate' restaurants I've been to. We certainly over over ordered, but everything was yummy. I would recommend the Thai Calamari. Service was really good, with our server appearing at just the... More

This is a "Tapas" restaurant, but it is not Catalan, nor even Spanish, but it is interesting. My daughters were visiting for Thanksgiving, and so was my nephew from Amsterdam. We go back to Curaçao in the southern Caribbean, where I was born. From there you can see the Venezuelan coast on a clear day, and you can grow up... More

Had the wonderful opportunity to eat at Sabore for a date night with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. The food was an array of Tapas which is Spanish style family eating. It was very tasty and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a romantic evening with great food and service. Bravo!

I went solo for dinner. The hostess was friendly and welcoming as was the table attendant (the guy with the water ;-) ). However my server did not introduce herself and I felt like I was intruding on her space. I ordered a soup (Lobster bisque) the presentation was a bit showy (plain white asymmetrical bowl with a lump of... More

Went to visit friends. They worried as they know we are foodies. They played it shy and let us discover the experience. As we entered the place, a patron was leaving with his wife. He turned to us as said: "Do yourself a favor and have the Duck and Waffles. Don't even question it." So we did. And it was... More

The service was great. The atmosphere could work for a date night or just a casual evening out. The food is very good, however slightly over priced. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the restrooms need renovating/cleaning and I feel like that is a reflection on how other areas of the restaurant/kitchen are taken care of. Otherwise... The food and drinks were way over priced! I was with a group of people and it was fun to try different things but the portions were very small. Nobody in our party could taste alcohol in our 9$ drinks! We told the bartender and his response was "there's a lot of alcohol in it already" and walked away never... More

High priced food items, cool bar and atmosphere. Liquid dance floor (totally cool!), and unusual food combinations. Very different from traditional restaurants.
