We have eaten here twice (some time between occasions, though unlike others, we didn't' find the menu substantially changed). The food is fine, nothing wrong with it, but it is also nothing special in my opinion. Maybe I am just missing something. I love the concept of tapas and order a number of little things so you can try different... More

Haven't been to Sabore in quite a while. Menu changed a bit and is on an IPad. Ordered the tuna crostini for an appetizer. The tuna was very tender and the sauce a little sweet and spicy. Just fantastic. The crostini was a little hard and not really tasty but good. The avocado was very good that was under the... More

A relaxing and classy restaurant. Modern and cozy. Have not had the food yet, but I hear that it is fabulous. The drinks however were delicious and the bartender very friendly and attentive.

My friends and I (3 women) ate here on a Friday night. We were able to be seated outside right away thought there would have been a 30-40 min wait for a table inside due to reservations. Luckily there were heaters on the patio. There was a lot of delicious looking tapas type food to share, but the portions seemed... More

I came back to Gainesville for a short visit after a while (I used to live here before) and wanted to try out a slightly "off the campus" place with a friend. Sabore was great - I really loved the ambience, and the menu on the tablet was a nice touch. The menu is somewhat limited, but it seems like... More

I have been here servers times and this will be my first review. This is a very nice place to go out for an evening. It's a wonderful atmosphere and service is top notch. We had three different small plates that we shared and each had a martini. The food was wonderful and the drinks were very good. We will... More

My husband and I tried Sabore for the first time tonight. We also brought our 11 month old baby, which wasn't a problem at all (it was a date night, but the babysitter was sick). The restaurant interior is elegant and modern; I didn't notice the 'interactive,' 'lava lamp' floor until we were about to leave, which was a great... More

Last Friday evening my husband and I went to Sabore with two other couples. We had been there before, but it was a new experience for the other two couples. The dishes they prepare are inspired from Europe, Asia and South America. The dishes are tapas style so you can share or not!! Each of us had our own meals... More

Just passing through Gainesville I found this gem. The food is unique and delicious. The food is in smaller portions so it's best to order one item at a time to split with your table ♡

My supervisor suggested going here for my graduation dinner party, and since my mother and I couldn't decide on anywhere else in Gainesville (because it's slim pickings, let me tell you!), we decided to go for it despite never eating there before. We were a pretty big party and they were EXTREMELY kind, friendly, and accommodating! My friends, family, and... More
