Had heard about JB's for years but this was our first time and we arrived at 7:00PM with 4 for dinner and there was no waiting. It was busy but not crowded. We choose to sit outside and eat and enjoy the band. The waitress and other staff members were friendly and very helpful. The menu is large with man... More

It ain't upscale dining but it is a lot of fun. People are friendly and easygoing. The food is good and fresh. Live music on the weekends.

Just had a great lunch at JBs Fish Camp. We sat outside and watched the kayakers while we ate some delicious shrimp..oyster stew..and grouper sandwich. Very enjoyable! Highly recommend!

This was our second visit to J.B.'s Fish Camp, and it was consistent with the first. There is a lot of selection on the menu, but you must love seafood. Not the best seafood we've ever had, but certainly adequate. We go for the atmosphere - beautiful sunset view outside, casual and fun inside. We'll definitely go back. Great family... More

My wife and I and another couple had a fun and tasty lunch at JB''s last week. This place isn't for the faint of heart or for those looking for a elegant dining experience at the Ritz. It is what it is--a very good fish shack restaurant. I had rock shrimp cakes that were a tad spicy for me--the waitress... More

A recent review indicated the food was disappointing, they of course ordered a steak at a FISH CAMP, hello, it is truly a SEAFOOD RESTAURANT!!!! OK, enough said, order something from the seafood section of the menu, and ask if it is a local catch such as the Shrimp, or Gator Bites , Blue Crab, that are from Central Florida... More

I was disappointed with this place. It was recommended by a local. It is pretty pricey for food that is not that great. It does have a dock that is fun just to watch the water. Our server was nice and attentive. We had alligator, Cajun sampler and steak. I did not like the seasoning on the steak. The hush... More

This restaurant has been a favorite of ours for the past 15 years and has always been a must visit on each trip. For years there have been huge crowds and waits but once seated service was prompt, friendly and the food arrived shortly after being ordered. Tried it twice in past week only to be disappointed a second time.... More
