With a modern approach to Latino cuisine, husband and wife team, Henry and Michele Salgado, prepare a blend of regional ingredients strongly influenced by the bustling barrios of Latino neighborhoods and the traditional Spanish countryside. Chef Henry and his team of chefs work to prepare the freshest local seafood and seasonal vegetables available to provide the Spanish River Grill guests with an exceptional celebration of food. From start to finish, the philosophy at the Spanish River Grill is that the intimate craft of preparing food should be exceptional and something the culinary and service teams take seriously. Each night the goal is to create a memorable journey of flavors and an experience to be shared with friends, family, and those you love.

Great place for a fine dinning

The food is outstanding, the setting refined especially for a beach town. The service is first rate and their seafood is just as good.

We arrived on a Sunday morning for brunch and got Bloody Mary's and then switched to Guava Mimosas. I got a beef and egg meal and it was mouth watering. The service is great and very attentive. The live music was good but a little loud for my tasted. You cannot go wrong at this establishment, it is a NSB... More

Did not know what to expect after friends brought us to a strip mall. Once inside there is great decor and we were greeted immediately. Very good staff and plenty of them! Appetizer was fab. We were there at happy hour and they had great wine by the glass prices. I did look at their wine list though and it... More

Wow! We sure had fun and a fabulous meal with friends on a recent Tuesday evening in NSB. We reserved an indoor/outdoor table for six so conversation could occur while the Rumba Brothers latin-jazz stylings and delicious sangria created a festive mood. Hubby and I split the special kale caesar salad and sampled Chef's "Taco Tuesday" test kitchen conch taco... More

Tapas- ceviche was very good, fried chicken livers & hot sauce was great. As my wife question the combo I enjoyed the contrast. Wife said fish taco was very good. Being able to have a couple tapas or a meal makes the menu appeal to many.

Went with a group of 10 and asked for split bill. Cannot do and would not accommodate. Gets very tricky when everyone wants something different. Would not return as a group.

We have been visiting Spanish River Grill on and off for many years. The food is very good and made of good quality ingredients but pricey- like a steak house you have to order vegetables and sides separately- and the portions are rather small. However, it is a nice change from and somewhat more upscale than many of the restaurants... More

Many of us go to a vacation spot and repeat our dinner spots without exploring. Who wants to risk a night at an unknown restaurant despite what locals say? I remember how some people would recommend a restaurant and you'd discover not only that these advisors were probably eating spaghetti out of cans for years, but the restaurant wasn't up... More

The Spanish River Grill is a favorite of ours. Every time we visit New Smyna Beach we have at least 1 dinner here. The Spanish flat bread and ceviche are delicious starters. We have tried different entrees, but our favorites are the churasco and flat iron steak. The best beverage is the sangria, both red and white. We highly recommend... More

Found the Spanish River Grill purely by accident, and what a happy accident! Interesting and fresh tapas menu, great wine list and friendly, attentive waitstaff. Highly recommended!
