This place was very close to our timeshare so we a couple of times. I was impressed with the food and the variety of drinks they offer. Make sure you visit if you are in New Smyrna you will love it!

Terrific food and service. Sorry, I can't appreciate the noise and music. It's nice to see the young folks enjoying themselves, but the noise level is very off-putting. Great if you can get there between times. Terrific grilled fish sandwich. Also really enjoyed the ahi tuna appetizer. It's a meal!

Great views of the Atlantic Ocean, but it's just a bit of a roughneck atmosphere. They have a pool for patrons but charge to use it, which seems cheesy. Bartenders and servers were just okay. Seems like a lost opportunity as this place should be hopping at most hours...

We have visited Chases a number of times so we know its strengths and weaknesses. When we arrived it was a full lot and they were doing valet. We parked across the street as we have done in the past. There is a sandy lane next to Chases where you can park but this is narrow and can get fairly... More

We went back after several years hoping for a better quality experience, and we definitely received it! the food was amazing for a beach bar and the service was super! kudos to kevin our server, he made our experience wonderful. we went out of season and it was much nicer and not so crowded. I did feel however that the... More

Since we stayed only 3 hotels down we visited Chases 4 times during the week. Once for a night cap and the other 3 times for happy hour. The bar offers plenty of seating options and does allow kids to come and eat. We stuck to appetizers and drinks. The nachos were very good. Coming here during happy hour helps... More

We LOVE the food / price at this oceanfront dining choice but the smell of drunks and beer is staggering. More of a spring break location than a restaurant which is a shame because we'd go there weekly if it didn't reek so badly and the music wasn't so loud.

My husband and I ate there for an early dinner last week. It is a very casual, waterfront bar complete with tourists in their shorts and tanks and young kids, a volleyball pool, and a bar under tiki huts. Open-air eating with lots of alcohol choices, if you like to drink. We were there when a storm blew up and... More

I've been to Chase's a number of times and the food and drinks are great. I love the Ahi Tuna Tips (Blackened or Jamaican Jerk - you can't go wrong) and the Grouper Rueben is amazing. You get a huge double decker with about 12 ounces of Grouper for $10.99. What a deal! Drink buckets are my wife's favorite. There... More
