I have driven by this place a million times and somehow never stopped. Finally had the smarts to pull in for lunch. Our group had the radical rice platter, tacos and the Cuban sandwich with a side of tostones. There was no line when we arrived but within 15 minutes, the line was 10+. The taco shells are nice- soft... More

One of my favorite spots when visiting on business in New Smyrna area. Traveling with my family this time and took them there -- they loved it. Great tacos, fun open air atmosphere.

This place mentally takes you to a Costa Rica surf destination. Succulent aromas in the air. Surf flicks on the tube, inexpensive freshly prepared food and plenty of shade. The tacos are tastey and the sauce they have on the tables will take it up a notch. Their chicken burrito is stuffed with shredded chicken and the queso sauce is... More

We tried mostly mexican, but they had a few cuban items that looked really good. You wait in line to order, then hope a seat opens up. Very inexpensive and plenty of food for your money! I like spicy so I would like to see a hotter salsa option.

Don't let the name be deceiving "shack" ... if anything, make sure to know their hours of operation so you can get there in time, before the lines, to sample some of their generous, tasting food! My first time trying the food was in a take-out container, and I ordered the blackened fish tacos. Not only were the taco filled,... More

They have taco Tuesday so we go a lot then. I love their fish Tacos and their sides are great as well. You can get beans and rice or chips. Usually I don't order chips but theirs are pretty dang good.

The atmosphere is fun and the food is great ! What more could you ask for ? We had fish tacos and Empanads both were good but the red beans and rice were great. Good guacamole & chips too .

They forgot our order and we sat waiting for a while, this has happen before. The food here is nothing special, plastic fork kind of place. When I when up to ask about our order the man who said he was the owner, said my order was not late and when I said it was he started yelling at us... More
