Description: We have passed this place on the corner for several years and never got the chance to stop in. This time we got the opportunity to stop in for an afternoon appetizers and some wine. For an appetizer we had an item that is really an entre, Mussels Lemonade. Might sound like a little much but we always have a hard time passing up mussels. The description reads "Sauteed with a lot of Garlic, Oregano, White Wine and Lemon Sauce - Served over Toasted Bread" These were some of the best mussels we have ever had the pleasure of consuming. The mussels were large green mussels and were very tender and sweet. The garlic, lemon butter sauce was a scrumptious delight with the garlic and butter coating your tongue and the lemon waking up your taste buds all at once. The sauce was so good we asked for extra bread to soak it up. The waitress told us about their lasagna stating it was made with crepes instead of the traditional lasagna noodles. She stated many customers came in just for it. We decided right then and there to do a little more shopping and come back later for dinner. When we arrived the waitress greeted us like we were old friends and gave us a choice seat by the window. The lasagna came and we could not believe the size of it. So pretty with the cheese melted to a golden brown on top it was almost too pretty to eat. But we did. There are times in one's culinary life where you taste something and you instantly know it is the best you have ever had. This was one of those times. The cheese, the tomato sauce, the seasonings, the meat were as good as it gets, but the crepes were the difference maker. Light, fluffy and tender with a light egg flavor made this lasagna the best we have ever had. We took the leftovers home and had for lunch the next day. Truly a culinary extravaganza. The Atlantis Bistro has an excellent selection of wine and beer with a 2 for 1 Happy Hour every day from 4 - 6:30. Closed on Monday. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday - Saturday and dinner on Sunday. We highly recommend the Atlantis Bistro.

Atlantis has the best home made Italian food in all of new Smyrna. The owner is also the cook. The staff are great and very friendly. Always order the special because it changes all the time and is always local catch. Happy Hour is 2 for one beer and wine, pinot grigio is $6! Best priced wine happy hour in... More

A nice menu selection and good beverages. The rack of lamb was awesome. Small dining area and a long bar counter for eating options. Has a decent parking area.

Maybe you have to dine early to enjoy this restaurant as they don't take reservations and it fills up quickly, mostly with locals. Menu was very good, everything we ate was prepared and presented very professionaly. The only complaint I have is that they closed for their annual refurb. before I could eat there for a third time. Very enjoyable.

retuned again, and ate the crepe lasagna! Oh my! So light and delicate. Not a fan of lasagna normally but I do love this. Small place, so go early or during the week. Service was efficient and attentive. Place was hopping by the time we left! Go and enjoy. You won't be disappointed

Atlantis Bistro is a quaint corner restaurant that reminded me of life decades ago. Everything in New Smyrna moves a little slower and we appreciated that. Located right on Flagler avenue this little bistro was the perfect spot for a romantic evening. Great wine, Great meal, and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed visiting with the staff and even some local... More

Great appetizer is the three styles of bruschetta mushroom, eggplant, and tomato. The eggplant parmesan is great because it is grilled and not fried. They always have a fresh fish dish. Everything is made from fresh ingredients nothing processed. The staff is very pleasant. Get there early because it is a small restaurant with not a lot of seating. Good... More

We stopped in for just a glass of wine and discovered it was a restaurant too. Nice wine selection with reasonable prices- $8 bucks or so for a generous glass-also available by the bottle. The waitress brought us some warm bread and dipping oil, nice touch. We did end up having a salad-well prepared and well priced. A neighboring table... More

We've been meaning to try this place for awhile and finally got around to it. What a nice surprise! I can honestly say that I had one of the best pieces of Chilean Sea Bass that I've ever had anywhere. My husband had the filet and said it was delicious. The wine list was very nice and the tiramisu for... More

My food was good and the service was quick. They have an interesting wine list. Fun to watch the cars and people cruise by on Flagler Avenue. Reasonably priced as well.
