Enjoyable evening at Passage To India

The other night we had a taste for Indian food and decided to try "Passage to India" and it was a very good choice. The place was quite crowded but the owner/hostess was still able to find us a nice table but cautioned our dishes might take a little longer. The solicitous waitress took our orders... read more

Tonight was the first time we've ever tried Indian cuisine, and we came here with two other couples who were regulars. I have to say we were extremely happy with our dining experience here. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday and were seated immediately. Our server, Atik (?) was very helpful in assisting us with selections for the... More

Four of us went to dinner. The place was quite busy. Plenty of servers. We ordered 3 entrées (chicken tikka, chicken tikka masala and vegetable biryani) and an order of papadum. All the food was very flavourful. The servings were very generous - plenty of food leftover. Service was very good. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner. Would highly recommend the... More

Whenever we stay in Naples we gonfor Indian food to Passage to India. Always a warm, friendly welcome. Although the restaurant is quite big is has a cosy atmosphere with lots of sitting booths. Dinner was delicious as always, large menue and everything we tried was very tasty. Located a bit north of Immoccalee Road in a mall on US41... More

This was the first experience of my family with Indian food. We were 15 persons. The service was great. We all shared the food since all meats are served in separate plates. We tried chicken, lamb, salmon, and shrimp. The food is served mild, medium or hot (spicy), as wished. The nan bread was also very good. Definitely, a great... More

The restaurant is in a small strip mall next to the Imperial Golf Course entrance, North Naples. The menu covers most of the districts / provinces of India. Our server was of Indian decent, whose knowledge of the menu helped us to chose our food. The Garlic Naan was delicious...great flavors on our food, and delicious Iced tea flavored with cinnamon. Living in London we are spoilt for choice with Indian restaurants. We have also visited many throughout the world but undoubtedly this rates at the bottom end of the scale. Unfriendly service from start to finish and as for the food it was pretty awful. Overcooked chicken tikka and tandoori chicken. Little or no real tandoori flavour. I was also... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Indian food, so when we found this place we kept coming back either just us or with guests and it has been great food and service every time. Arrive hungry as the portions are large.

We decided to check-out only Indian restaurant in the Bonita/Naples/Marco area. It was a decent size restaurant and the decor was nice. The service was friendly and attentive. We tried the butter chicken, chana sag, chicken tikka masala and of course added garlic naan, mango chutney. Overall, the food was tasty. You can get mild, medium or spicy levels of... More

Not even worth a 1 star. Went for a nice date night and ordered usually amazing dishes, well one dish was great, the other was a chicken madras. Numerous pieces of the chicken was so rubbery we weren't even able to chew it, it was so awful. So we re-ordered a new dish, they came back minutes later saying they... More
