OK it's not New York but it works.

Just had to try it. We've been to Katz's, Second Ave Deli, 4th Street in Philly, etc. and still this is pretty good. They may be better, but they aren't in Naples, Florida. If I had access to these others, I would honestly have given this a three, but what can you do when you crave pastrami... read more

if you're looking for a quick, tasty lunch (they're only open from 11-4), give Pastrami Dan's a try. You'll see Dan himself running the cash register....probably because, with cash only, it's "one for the till, one for Dan". Regardless, the people are nice and the food is good.

The sell pastrami - by the pound, by the sandwich. If you want a sandwich, you tell them what kind of bread and if you want mustard, a pickle and potato salad or cole slaw. Take a can of soda from the cooler. They have a few other side items, but that's about it. And that's all they need. It... More

We have had the pastrami before. It has always been good. This time we had the roast beef. The bun was good, however the beef had been pre-sliced and stored in the fridge. It was still really cool in the center, and the was a little side bowl of gravy to dip it in to simulate hot beef off the... More

Have enjoyed this fare for a 3rd time and found the serving not only hot and fresh but a generous portion. The price is a bit stiff at $11.50 for a large sandwich w/o any sides or beverage.

We had heard a lot of comments about Pastrami Dan's so we had to try it. We were not impressed. I thought the pastrami was just ok and way overpriced. The place is basic in style but lacking in atmosphere. I will not bother to go back

I am huge proponent in eating local. The chains can't make food like these folks. First time there and asked for the way Dan liked it. I was handed a soft roll piled high with pastrami and dressed with deli mustard and pickles. $11.99 for a sand sounds high but look what you are getting - a guy who knows... More

Bring cash as no credit cards or checks accepted. Pastrami is piled high and very tasty. Dr Browns available. Counter service was fast at lunch time.

Not sure what all the fuss is about this place. Staff were busy but courteous. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. Lots of locals eating in. Don't hype it and you won't be disappointed.

Found a local review and gave a try. Was great!! Quick service, excellent portion and perfectly limited menu to what they do well. Portion was right, as was the mustard and fresh deli roll. Only better was Carnegie's in NYC. Highly recommend.
