Had the Trinidad fish that others spoke of. Had coconut shrimp- average. Had scallops appetizer and they were pretty good. We had four meals all were good not over the top but not disappointing either. Had dessert too because they state homemade. The filling may be home made but I don't think the... read more

Come before 6:00pm to take advantage of the early bird dinner pricing. Also by coming early, you'll be sure to get a table outside on "the beach". Our dinner entrees were delicious. I had the mixed grill with swordfish, grouper, scallops and shrimp; husband had coconut shrimp. The food was presented beautifully and was delivered piping hot. Staff was pleasant... More

Four of us ate at isle of capri fish house tonight. We all agreed it was superb in every way. The owners daughter, Annie waited on us. She is attentive and adorable. We had the grouper basket, grouper sandwich and the seafood pasta. All were delicious. We stayed for a beautiful sunset. This place is worth a trip if you... More

Capri Fish House is practically in the sand, in fact you can wait for your table on the adirondack chairs at the waters edge while the sun sets. The restaurant is small and casual and run by a great family from Massachusetts. There is a small bar in one corner, great views of the water. We had 3 great meals... More

My wife and I were staying on Marco Island and searched all over for kayak rental locations. Most only offered tours. We stumbled across the Capri Fish House while driving on Capri Island (just over the bridge from Marco Island). Not only did they have nice kayaks and friendly staff, but we discovered the outdoor bar and restaurant, right on... More

We rented kayaks two days in a row from the Fish House. Jose, the manager, is super friendly and very knowledgable about where to kayak. We did two, three hour kayaking trips (two parents and 12- and 8-yr-old girls) right off the beach by the restaurant. Got up pretty close to dolphins that always seem to be within a few... More

A few years ago we went to the Capri Fish House and sat at our table for 30 minutes. No one ever addressed us...we walked out. I always like to give restaurants a second chance. We arrived at the restaurant at 12:45 PM LUNCH TIME. We were the only car in the parking lot (sure sign!!) The parking lot for... More

easy answer...food is mediocre, prices outrageous for the quality and quantity. Wife had fried calamari and it was overfried and overpriced...mre expensive than just about ANY restaurant on Marco; I had fried conch, which were overfried overpriced for 7 pieces. We went there once before a few years ago and figured to give them another chance.....That's it....done!!!!

Went during happy hour and ordered from the bar menu while seated in the restaurant near the water. All meals were great tasting, especially the stuffed grouper, seafood pasta, and sirloin steak. A pitcher of sangria quenched our thirst, and enjoyed chatting with the barmaids - both of whom are from Boston, as is their dad (the owner). Friendly and... More

Conch fritters were crispy outside moist inside. Fabulous! The mixed grill was beautiful and cooked to perfection. Swordfish, shrimp grouper all fresh and yummy. Fun atmosphere. Eat inside, on deck or on beach.
