Breakfast=fantastic

I eat breakfast here regularly and it's very good! It's a nice formal setting. Tasty food. Not impressed with most of the wait staff, seems the way it just is everywhere now, poor attitudes are normal customer service.

Unfriendly staff. Food was good. I wish they had more options in their breakfast menu or better, a buffet. Nice ambience.

We had a private party for 19 this April (2015). The food took a long time to arrive, and when it got there many were overcooked and some were undercooked. My medium medallions of beef were well done instead of medium. The mixed grill plate was $42 for which I received two medallions, two shrimp and two undercooked scallops. The... More

So once again my wife and I visited Shula's and we had another amazing experience! We sat at the bar and Nate took care of everything as usual. Gary helped us through our wine dilemma and we ended up with the perfect pairing. Our steaks were cooked to PERFECTION and Au Gratin potatoes were amazing! So nice to have another... More

Dark wood interior, very masculine, food OK but pricey. Probably good for all-male business dinner or lunches. Located on Tamiami Trail in the Naples Hilton

We hadn't been to Shula's in a few years. We live an hour away and used to travel to Shula's for special occasions. We happened to be in Naples and decided to stop in for dinner. Even though the restaurant is in a hotel it is not open all day. We got there at 5 and had to wait for... More

When visiting Marco Island we always make a special trip to Naples to eat at Shula's! The wait staff are fantastic and very attentive through out the meal. Always important for an overall great meal! I love the filet with béarnaise sauce and my husband prefers the 20 oz bone in rib eye. Dessert is out of this world, especially... More

I really did have quite high expectations for this restaurant and was looking forward to a super meal. The decor was great and really in keeping with a good steak house but unfortunately the food was quite average. Our steaks were OK but not anything to make them worth the prices they charge. Won't be back.

Stayed at the Hilton and had Lunch and Breakfast. Service was very good for lunch and breakfast. Breakfast was breakfast nothing exotic. Lunch was very good. They have a small luncheon steak that was 6 oz the was perfect size.

Enjoyed the customer service and the quality of the food for lunch. Staff is friendly and Jeff is wonderful. They always have a name plate for me when I have lunch there and it makes me feel special!
