Had dinner here. The veal stew was excellent...so tender! Choices varied from Hungarian, Italian and Romanian. We were seated without reservations.

Even though we a reservation, had a bit of a wait to be seated. It is a popular place, with good reason. The food was delicious, the wait staff, possibly sisters as well as the owners, were pleasant, friendly, personable and very industrious. We had a very pleasant dinner here.

We went here as a family a few days ago. The salads, bread, antipasto, and bruscetta appetizers were all adequate but no one dish really blew us away. The stuffed peppers were fantastic for dinner as well as the ravioli and bolognase. The weiner schnitzel was good, not great. No desserts were ordered. Overall, a very good meal from front... More

We stopped in with family after we made reservations the day before. The place was packed and we were shown to our table by the bar and greeted by the wait staff. We ordered the Transylvania Platter to try most everything good. The stuffed cabbages were great and sausages tasty. The polenta was fresh and Chicken papikas was tender. The... More

If you would like to experience what it might have been like to have dinner in a Hungarian or Romanian restaurant during the Cold War, but can't travel to Eastern Europe in a time machine, Daniela's is for you. The food is ok, though a bit pricey, but dinner with two of our friends there the other night would have... More

After hearing rave reviews from my boyfriend and his mother--both originally from Romania--I was eager to taste and see for myself. Our party of five dined there on a Saturday night, and were serenaded by a Romanian violinist. Both lively and soulful, the traditional music set the tone for a truly authentic experience. As one who does not speak Romanian,... More

I've taken some time to write a review for Daniela's but I've now actually tried every single vegetarian appetizer, entree, and dessert on their menu. I've loved everything the chef has prepared for me, despite many of the dishes having tomatoes, mushrooms, and cucumbers which I typically hate. My favorite dish is their eggplant appetizer, I could live off of... More

This is one place that I recommend to anyone who is visiting or who lives in Naples. Most people that go into the restaurant will meet the owners Cori and Dani, and once you meet them you will see that they truly do care about the their food and that you enjoy it. Everything there is made from scratch by... More

We enjoyed an excellent meal at Daniela's. We felt like we were at a friends house for dinner as opposed to a scripted experience at a restaurant. Nothing was prepared ahead of time and the wait for our made from scratch food was well worth it. Watching Daniela and her family prepare our meal and interact with their customers made... More
