Good food and great service

Greeted by a friendly host who checked in during our meal to be sure all was well. Made our reservation on line with no issues, called to confirm and was all set. Kind and attentive server, food was very good.

We had dinner on Saturday night. It was very busy but service was good. The food was spectacular. Best Veal dishes in town. We were greeted warmly by the owner. It is nice when the owner interacts with all the customers and makes you feel at home. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were told by a couple we met on a cruise that Sophia's was a good restaurant, so we called and made a reservation when we returned to Naples after the cruise. The owner/manager told us if we could get there by 5:30, we could get a table even though they were almost fully booked. We walked in at 5:10... More

Great place, I have been going there since they opened, I have gone to other Italian restaurants in the area just to try something different, but I always come back, don't get me wrong some are good but I love their style and service. Fresh pasta, the best veal parmesan in town in fact they have a whole veal menu,... More

Like many very good restaurants in Naples, Sophia's is located in a shopping strip. But it far exceeds the average of the "downtown" restaurants in quality, service, and price. Reservations are a good idea, even for early sittings. We arrived at 6 PM on a Saturday without phoning ahead and were only able to sit at the bar. But the... More

I have a simple rule when it comes to Italian cuisine which helps me avoid the carbs. That is, I only eat pasta if it is freshly made on the premises. This automatically limits my choices, but makes my culinary indiscretion worthwhile! Sophia's has a wonderful range of pasta dishes, but it is also renowned for its Osso Bucco. Coupled... More

Am confused with other TrAdv reviews ..... real love - dislike tales here ..... We went 'In-Season' Saturday evening. Reservations 'in-season' a must! Pretty much we had a good time and the food was very good. The restaurant is smaller than I envisioned it to be when passing it on Pine Ridge. Tables are 2 rows along the right side... More

We are locals who frequent Sophia's a couple of times per year. We have been in love with their food but it will take us a while to want to return. We had reservations for three on a Sunday night. Despite it being season the restaurant was not full. Yet the owner made the three of us stand in the... More
