Sophia's came highly recommended by local residents, and a lot of them were repeat cutomers. We were started with a dish of olive oil+parmesan+garlic+oregano, a great combo with bread. One app we shared of grilled calamari with a balsamic reduction. Three of us has sea bass grilled and topped with puttanesca sauce, served with linguine with oil and garlic. One... More

Convenient to Hawthorne Suites. Nice but bland decor. Old style Italian menu plus many specials where chef overworked. Even simple disk like veal saltimboco was drenched in thick Madeira sauce. Staff uniforms exceptional BUT host/OWNER wandering around in silk shirt & jeans--surely expensive & really inappropriate. I'd say place drifts where it could sail with good captain.

The food was excellent and service was outstanding. Based on portion size, it is one of the best values in Naples!

A group of 10 of our friends from our car club recently dined at Sophia's. Our server, Camille, was wonderful never missing a beat. Lynn and I both had the veal piccata which was wonderful. This is an upscale restaurant with decent prices for the quality! We sat outside. The deck was covered and it was quite nice eating out... More

We stayed at the nearby Best Western and walked to this restaurant. The title of this review says it all.

Sophia's is a classic Italian restaurant with all of the service and care one comes to expect from a top notch restaurant. The meals form the kids menu were served in advance of the adult meals - a great strategy that allowed for smooth pacing of the meal. The wine selection was great and the server was able to provide... More

The new Lobster Milanese dish is amazing! It's one of the best dishes I've had at any restaurant in Naples, I highly recommend it!

Was in Naples on business and being from NY I had as craving for Italian. Was not disappointed at all, the service was great as was the food and wine list. Would definitely return to Sofia's on my next trip to Naples.

We went to 5 restaurants during our stay last march in Naples. Sophia's was the only one we returned to this March! Being Italian, we do not frequent Italian restaurants. This is the exception! The homemade pasta is delicious, and service is good. The owner seems to care about his customers. We will return again next year!

Sophia's is a nicely decorated restaurant that has outside dining as well. I had a pasta dish of clams in a white wine sauce which was as good as I have had anywhere. There was plenty of zip in the sauce and the clams were tender and tasty. I tasted the Lasagna another had and thought it good but not... More
