My family and I went for christmas lunch in 2007. The food was expensive and very lacking. It was buffet style with the quality of one, but way over-priced. We stayed in the Gables section of the Lakeside Inn on (6/7/2007). The room itself was perfectly fine, but the bathroom was very sub par. We traveled from South Jersey to the Lakeside Inn for a wedding last year. The problems began when we were told that a room as not available (yes, we supposedly had a reservation!). Our Red Hat Society chapter - Florida Belles just returned from an overnight stay at the Lakeside Inn. I like to report we ladies (all 18 of us) had a wonderful time at the inn.
