I loved eating at Technique! GREAT value for the money and the food looks and tastes excellent. We went for my birthday just to have a very simple dinner with the family. Only thing is that I forgot to bring my own wine. The professor comes out and chats with patrons before the meal and he is always pleasant. The... More

We went for Lunch from work, really nice presentation. Limited options for vegetarian but not bad. The only issue was the time it took for the whole thing. They got some orders wrong and when they tried to correct it, it took forever. I tried to book for dinner once and was told I had to wait for a few... More

Unfortunately, my experience and most of the other 7 guests at my table were very disappointed in the service and food. Before going to the restaurant I checked the menu on line so that I would be prepared to order the meal that appealed to me the most. However, when ordering each course, the choices did not resemble the internet... More

This is for the students of Le Cordon Bleu school to run. It was a nice fixed price and interesting to talk with the students. The food was good and you can bring your own wine.

Diners beware...Before going to this restaurant, please do your research online. You will see the dinner menu with 2 prices, 3 courses for $10 and 4 courses for $15. On arrival to the restaurant the Instructor overseeing the waiters in training students presented to me and my guest the restaurant menu. Upon reviewing the menu, the opinion for a 3... More

We made reservations for 6:30 on a Friday. We were standing at the hostess stand first with about 6 other couples. The professor seemed frantic like they were way understaffed. The food was pretty good. The soup a squash bisque was fantastic. My salad could have been phenomenal if they hadn't teased with the smalles sliver of goat cheese I... More

Yes, I am a foodie. The quality of food is fabulous. Three courses for $10 and Four courses for $15. You can bring your own wine with no corkage fee. They don't serve alcohol, the wait staff is done by the chefs in training so don't expect 5* service although they are overseen by instructors. The restaurant is open Tuesday... More

It only took one visit to quickly become addicted to this place. The food, while small in portions, leaves you satisfied. The multiple courses make up for the portion sizes. For dinner you can bring your own bottle of wine and they don't charge an uncorking fee. Better make a reservation though, we had to wait a couple of weeks... More
