It will scratch that itch. Not the best but certainly acceptable. I just recently ate at a Dickey's in Brea, CA....it was the same as this one. Only thing that seems weird is watching them unwrap your meat from plastic wrap to cut your portion. Waffle fries you have to wait for but worth it.

I had heard a lot about this restaurant before I stopped. The food was warm, but because it was kept in a warmer it was dry. I got the pulled pork and brisket The meat had a good flavor it was just dry. Also the bins where the BBQ sauce was housed was not labeled very well. This would be... More

The service and food were excellent! We came back a second time during the week long business trip! A lot of choices and food for a great value. The best part was the ice cream after the meal.

First off the amount of BBQ for the price is great and free ice cream cones too. The workers are friendly. My first visit was questionable because the meat and buns were cold. I tried the same sandwich a week later during lunch time and the sandwich was good and hot. This restaurant is better than most other bbq restaurants... More

Tried Dickey's while visiting family. What a treat! The ribs were tender, flavorful, delicious. The smoked turkey was fantastic. The meats don't even need sauce, they have a great flavor all on their own. There is an assortment of sides which were all good. Only thing missing was corn bread. Maybe something they will consider adding in the future. A... More

As you walk into Dickey's, the smell is amazing, but the decor, not so much. It feels like a wanna be bbq restaurant that didn't quite know what to do with all the knickknacks. I came for lunch as I was in this busy shopping plaza where this restaurant is located. I ordered the turkey, which was soft, moist, and... More

Live the smokiness of the brisket and Ribs. Meat was cooked right and seasoned properly. The ribs were a bit on the spicy side but still tasty. Nice variety of sides to choose from. Great sweat tea and free soft serve ice cream to finish.

Have only eaten here once on the recommendation of friends who go all the time. I had the brisket sandwich...whole brisket has behind the counter, great bark...sliced and chopped and put fresh on my sandwich. You can pick from MANY sides...I had green beans and macaroni and cheese and my friend has the onion straws and coleslaw. They were all... More

was great. I had ribs and my partner had the two meat plate with smoke turkey and ribs. The portions were ample and to our surprise the meal came with two sides, fresh baked rolls and free ice cream cone. The staff was polite and service was fast and efficient. I will be back this time with friends
