With only a few places to eat in town I decided to give it a try. I had the beans and rice which was good but came in a small styro bowl which I didn't like. It was difficult to add the onions, sour cream when the bowl was so small. And I don't like styro, let's be more environmentally... More

I ordered the salad on the entree menu, which was described as generous. It was in a styrofoam small bowl (the smallest size they come in) and was mostly lettuce. It was $4.95, but on the menu, it said $4.25. Glad I said something to get the correct change because it was such a huge rip off in the first... More

Very pretty outside with moss covered trees and cute tables. inside is a shop and small restaurant. Their sandwich was delicious. They feature half sandwiches too which is nice. Key lime pie=OMG GOOD!

A few miles off the interstate, you find yourself in a delightful little town. And this little cafe is part of what makes the town special. Very homey, good food, and lovely staff.

Large portions and good service in a great people watching location. Good place for lunch if you're antiquing in Micanopy.

Stopped in to pick up lunch for the group. Personally I love these kinds of places with knick knacks everywhere, but I could see how the crowded areas wouldn't appeal to everyone - just a few tables scattered throughout all the things for sale. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, and the sandwiches were excellent. Not a great choice... More

We've been here before, usually with out-of-town relatives during holidays. Used a Groupon today but still left mildly disappointed. Cuban sandwich was large but lacked a good dose of tangy mustard. Bread was pressed and warm, but the meat inside was cool; an unexpected taste. Black bean and rice were OK. Service was slow, even at 2pm -- why was... More

Delicious sandwiches and even better desserts! This café is a quirky little place to stop in for a bite! Full of character it offers friendly (and attentive) staff, freshly prepared food (vegan buddies left full!), and neat variety of items to purchase in the store area. The outdoor seating is a very relaxing and laid back. Had a wonderful time... More

Nice fresh sandwiches made to order fresh daily. They serve them in a basket with chips. You can't eat inside, you have to eat outside at the tables. Sometime it's a little buggy. The sandwiches are good, but I was surprised to see them take products out of a cooler.

One of the biggest and best BLT sandwich I have ever eaten-we have driven here to just get it-150 miles round trip. Usually I can eat only 1/2. and take the other half home We always eat outside under the big oak trees. If you have never been to Micanopy it is a town where time has stood still. There... More
