My husband, broth, sister and I ate here tonight I honor of my what would have been our dad's 94th birthday! Daddy would have loved it! We are all here in the Springs packing out our parents home. We needed a lightening this evening! Food was incredible. Fried biscuits, green tomatoes and okra then we had shrimp and grits, chicken... More

This is the second time my wife and I have eaten here. Both times we have commented that the quality of food, the presentation and service you get here, in SoBe or Design District, etc, would be more than triple. Hidden in Miami Springs, but definitely a gem!! We have recommended to all our friends.

Well this is a hidden gem. Its got both indoor and outdoor seating. There's special everday and you will find them up on the big chalkboard in the main dinnning area. I had the hamburger, which was good. My niece had the Country fried steak with mash. She loved it and that is what she usually gets when we go... More

Everything we had was great! Chicken fried steak and chicken with sides of garlic mashed, roasted veggies, cucumber salad and greens. Like an idiot i ordered ribs, they weren't bad but being from Kansas City i've had much better but they were satisfying. Service was lacking a bit, had to ask for refills more than once and they were not... More

Can't believe such a quality place is down the street from my house. Consistently delicious, good variety, clean and a friendly staff. Must try!

If you like down-home Southern cookin' and don't want to drive all the way to Savannah to Paula Deen's "Lady and Sons" or to Juliet, GA for the "Whistle Stop Café", this is a pretty good place. They use old family recipes, and I've been there several times for both lunch and dinner. Chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, mac... More

Yet another example of a restaurant that strives, and largely succeeds, in providing creditable down-home Southern cooking but spoils it slightly by an effort to add the je-ne-sais-quoi from the french/americain nouvelle moment -- ie add cilantro to stuff, fry the bread pudding (this was very good but gilding the lily). Anyway i'm carping -- it's a real fun place... More

While driving around looking for something to eat on our way to the Miami Airport we had the incredible luck to happen upon Crackers. We went in not knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a fabulous and very affordable breakfast. I had the special which was shrimp Benedict. Egg on a base made of grits with a... More

We sat outside and the atmosphere was great. Very relaxed and fun. We all ordered something different and all good- the shrimp po boy looked the best of the three. The friend bread pudding dessert was super good and smelled like heaven.

Our party of 13 was immediately seated at a series of long tables on the patio. The menu was a few pages long but not overwhelming and the specials seemed carefully thought out. Every once in a while it seemed as though our server was struggling with our party size but all-in-all our experience was wonderful.
