Jaya, which means 'victory' in Sanskrit, was chosen by our team to honor The Setai's renowned interior designer Jaya Ibrahim. Incorporating many traditional culinary techniques from wok stations to tandoor ovens, Jaya's menu features modern Asian cuisine with the bountiful flavors of turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, chilies, coconut milk and tamarind and also presents longtime Setai favorites including Peking Duck, Naan breads, Indian curries, Tandoori sea bass and Dim Sums. Breakfast and Sunday Brunch offers classics such as croissants, smoked salmon, Belgian waffles and more.

Lovely evening

The setting is beautiful. The service is good. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. Presentation is strong. Loved the pork belly bao. The sashimi was very good. The Peking duck was worth a try. Loved it. Except for The 20% service charge, it's a definite winner

Jaya is located in the Setai Hotel in South Beach, which is always a nice reprise from the active and crowded streets and beach. We were a group of four and Jaya encourages share plates so we dived in whole heartedly .... Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Pork Belly buns, Peking Duck, grilled Sea Bass and steamed shrimp dumplings were all... More

Wow! My friends and I can't stop raving about the Sunday Brunch at the Setai. The interior of the hotel is richly decorated with dark wood and distinct Asian accents. It's so beautiful. The brunch is done buffet style but the word buffet does not do this wonderful display of food choices any justice. There is such a great range... More

The Restaurant and yes that is the name, is one of my favorite places so far in Miami. I have been to this restaurant many times and it never fails to amaze me! Recently they have renovated and made changes to the menu and I can't wait to dine with them again.

We came here to have brunch. We had made a reservation and arrived on time but had to wait 15 minutes for a table which is not a good sign. Food was good but not extraordinary. There are better places to have brunch in Miami.

The Setai is the only true 5 star hotel in Miami Beach and The Restaurant at the Setai follows into these footsteps. The setting is perfect, whether you are inside or outside. The menu is french/international and whatever you get you are sure to be delighted. Be sure to go for breakfast which is also out of this World or... More

Within a marvelous hotel is this beautiful restaurant, very trendy, great decoration, and superb top quality food. The entire staff is fantastic, very courteous, professional, friendly, and right there, providing excellent customer service, and always anticipating needs. A true gem in Miami Beach.

Amazing menu of a fusion of Asian and European cuisine. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Service is lacking, if you eat outside it takes time for waiters to come out and once ordered no plate arrives if thirty minutes has not passed.

We ate off the prix-fixe menu offered as part of the Miami Spice event. It was a nice restaurant, but the portions were very small. My steak salad starter was delicious but the main course and desert were a little lacking. Put us off going back to try the real menu. I'd recommend the bar - that's great, wonderful selection...
