Just remember Barton G is an over the top restaurant and be prepared to pay for it. Parking is $15 to start you off. Drinks can run $30. Also if the restaurant is booked and it rains it becomes an issue as there alot of tables outside. So the inside gets overcrowded. Caeser salad for $18 is a bit soggy.... More

The food was very good, the best thuna I had ever. Unfortunately there is a BUT: the presentation of the food was ridiculously hysteric. The plates were decorated completely over the top, some so big that it became difficult to see and talk with the rest of the party at the table. Service was not good, menue presented on i-pads... I have dined at Barton G before. I took my husband there last night while vacationing in Miami. I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The presentation was excellent, but the quality has slipped. I would expect more from them. A steak ordered medium should not come out with a gummy pink center. So, unfortunately I was... More

Visited with a bachelorette party -- so we had a reservation. Despite having a reservation we waited OVER an hour due partially to the fact that it rained so a lot of the outdoor seating was unavailable. Still, why accept so many reservations during Florida's wet season, then make ALL those people wait? Terrible business. The bar was overcrowded, probably... More

Utterly unique, and wonderfully inticing. Worth visiting once just to see the crazy stuff they come up with! The outdoor dining is a surreal as the fare, and the location is quaintly situated away from the touristy areas. I would certainly recommend Barton G's if you have a thick wallet and an open-mind!

I wish I could have kept that one "circle" rating to myself. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I went there as a surprise dinner for my birthday which just so happened to be valentines day. We had a reservation for 9:30 arrived at 9:10. Get this we stood outside in the rain while the hostess... More

Barton G is a different experience in presentation! Each dish arrives with a different object attached or on the plate. Oversized fork or spoon or an ornament pig on plate of ribs, flowers on fish plate and then of course the OVERSIZED desserts. One kid had an amazing game where he shoots the moving target attached to his plate. They also... More

Went there for dinner, cocktails are around $30 ( yeah you read that right), but they are worth every dollar, a must try. Usually in these kind of restaurants the food is average, it is all about the presentation. Not here, both food and presentation are great! Lobster tarts are delicious, drunken tuna is great. I also had the sea... More

That said, most of the dishes are very good, but most certainly you pay a premium for the fun and unique presentation. Great if you have a special occasion to celebrate or someone to wow. The place is located on a quiet side street just west of Alton Road, away from the over crowded Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. You... More
