The dreamlike quality of the Delano Hotel entends outdoor to this expansive patio restaurant. The ambiance and decor is enchanting and matched by the attentive and accomodating staff. I had the most memorable with business lunch with colleagues years ago and the overall feeling of ambiance, food and service lingered with me. At a recent impromtu late night check in... More

The Blue Door, like most things in Miami Beach, is overrated. As long as you know going in that you're going to overpay for just about every place you visit on Miami Beach you'll have a lot more fun if you just accept it and have fun. That said, The Blue Door is a good restaurant with good food and... More

This is supposed to be a French Restaurant but it had a hint of Southern cuisine. The food and the drinks were exepensive and so is anything that is worthwhile. The food is worth each penny. The Chef was friendly and even came out to great us. The dessert was to die for. I cannot wait to return to eat... More

Visited the Blue Door for dinner, was impressed with the menu, however the food was a different story. Although not bad, I found it to be somewhat tasteless, rather bland. The service is good, however if you plan on drinking, expect to wait. All in all, there are other places in sobe that I would recommend above the Blue Door.

Such a treat getting to go to blue sea whenever I am in Sobe. They have the most innovative rolls and their sashimi is always so fresh!

After checking on the internet about their pet policies to make sure they were accepted , we reserved a table for two for the sunday brunch at Bianca ( formerly Blue Door ). SURPRISE! At the door , an employe objected to allow our 3,5pds poodle in , he was not informed about hotel policies and after we've explained about... More

As mentioned in previous reviews this restaurant have changed name to Bianca. I was not a guest in the previous restaurant at Delano so I can not compare. However, we enjoyed our evening there and the food was good. The service from most of the staf was outstanding, however a few of them spoiled the total impression.

I have been a frequent guest of the Blue Door and The Delano Hotel for many years and this recent change to Bianca is a huge disaster. The service was beyond poor and the attitude was even more of a disappointment. Food was very average and unispired. Reservations made it seem impossible to get in but was empty (smart move... More
