This place is an institution on South Beach. Maybe a place you want to visit once, so you can say you've eaten there! As with any hot spot, expect a long wait to get a table. Make sure you call for a reservation in advance. The staff is always efficient and knowledgeable, but I think the food is over-priced. Nice... More

This used to be one of my favourite places to visit when I was in Miami Beach. The long waits have been around for a while, but once you were in, the service used to be better. The last visit it felt like we were in an assembly line. The wine was off, and they practically pitched the food on... More

This restaurant was very much recommended by several American friends as a 'landmark place'. I know most Americans have a different view on 'cuisine' than I have, and maybe that explains why I think it was OK, but nothing special. It's big, crowded, noisy, sort of cheapish in some respects, the food was OK and the waiter was nice. But... More

We went for dinner to this typical place for Crab in South Beach. They offered, as they tend to do, King Crab and it was really delicious.

Someone suggested it as a landmark in Miami so we thought we'd give it a go. They don't take reservations so we had to wait for an hour but it was definitely worth it! Great food, amazing atmosphere and their staff are so helpful and polite. Highly recommend it.

I ordered the soft shell crabs. It was overcooked, and pretty dry. My husband had the shrimp, which he found decent. The servers were prompt, and attentive. The place was decked out too. Over all, except for my food, everything was okay. However, I still expected more for what I paid.

We enjoyed our dinner at Joe's but it was quite expensive. I suppose one needs to go at least once in his life and I can't afford to go again! Service was great, ambience was great, food was good.

Great Place to eat. Great vibe, go early. Miami tradition and get the Lobster Bisque and the staff is first class. The best seafood in South Beach.

Such rich tradition and we have enjoyed many visits but this one caused us to consider not going back. Always expensive as seafood usually is, they had a "limited" menu in place this visit. In years past they have been closed in the "off season". Glad that they opened up but disappointed that they chose to offer a limited menu.... More
