Surprisingly great food for a place so unassuming and small, not a great atmosphere but really lovely staff and the food makes up for it. There are pictures of celebs on the wall so it's obviously an a-list favourite! Really great!

I had the gyro and must say I was a bit disappointed. Being used to real greek / turkish food from europe, my expectations were high. The lamb and beef slices weren't well spiced and the meat itself had a strange consistency. The other ingredients were ok. For this unauthentic food, 10$ is too much. Since I haven't been to... More

Menu has a huge selection. Prices are average for the beach area. The pizza was surprising good, hot, and delicious and huge.

The service was good but the food was ok. I have had much better Greek food. I feel like they would not be open in a regular city where they had to depend on local business.

Was trying to find shrimp pizza. After looking on line decided to order from here. Large is pricy $24 but well worth it. Ordered a supreme .The amount of cheese alone was tremendous. Not alot of shrimp but large in size, also had onions. Also got a small New yorker had tons of toppings. Delivery was fast and courteous.

Sultan Restaurant looks like a true hole-in-the-wall. Small inside, with more tables out on Collins Avenue, very unprepossessing. One's first impression is that it is a Turkish fast food joint. But surprise - the food is high quality, and the portions are big. We shared the Dolma appetizer - a nicely flavored stuffed grape leaf. I had the "Sultan's Platter"... More

The gyro was tasty but very pricey for how small the sandwich is and nothing else is included. Seating is crowded and limited.

The location is superb, right in the middle of all the posh hotels. We ordered takeaway twice. The food quality is very good. Very nice portion sizes. Everything cooked from fresh. I noted there were lots of celeb photos taken with the people work there; so it's definitely popular with some!

What a nice place to stop and snack on Collins Avenue, It has a good patio to view the people parade while eating a great falafal. The price is right and the service is fast and friendly. The walls are covered with stars who ate there like Robin Williams.
