Description: YUCA, an acronym for Young Urban Cuban-Americans, is widely known as being South Florida's original upscale Cuban restaurant featuring Innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine or as the locals call it "Nuevo Latino." This style of cooking includes traditional Latin ingredients such as a plethora of textures, colors, and flavors that when combined creates a cuisine that is unique to anything offered outside of the Caribbean and Latin America.

Very bad experience. We had the worst ham serrano ever eaten. The paella was bad ; two of us rejected the dishes. They stop to cook at 11 pm. Air conditioning is too cold and there is no chance to reduce it. Lack of flexibility in managing guest requests.

You MUST go to YUCA if you are in the area. The Cuban cuisine was simply amazing & perfect. Their mojitos are delicious! A great atmosphere, as well.

We went to this restaurant with a large group for a business dinner. It went very well. Service was timely and food was very good. It was a little loud but hey, it's south beach. I got the pork shank dish and thought it was the best. I would recommend you give it a try!

A pleasant restaurant on the always croweded Lincoln Mall strip. I tried a unique rice and fish mixture that was quite tasty. Not much to say....just a nice place to eat....especially outside on a nice warm evening. My only complaint.....small portions.

Really a nice restaurant that is excellent for a lunch or a business dinner, waiters are ready to suggest you about the menu. Food is really good and prepared in a reasonable time, the only negative point is the air conditioned that is really "chilled". Final evaluation: good

It has been a long time since the last visit to Yuca and I thought it was more of a tourist trap. Today we really had a nice surprise, we ordered the ropa vieja and the ceviche, both very nice, Cuban cuisine with a twist, my only complaint was that the ceviche with tostones came with only one. The mojitos... More

Being a vegetarian, I am leery of Latin American restaurants because they are often very meat centered. Yuca was a pleasant surprise. I had the Cuban Black Bean Soup and the Yuca Rellena and loved both. My husband had a mojito special and the Churrasco. This restaurant is located on the busy Lincoln Road mall but was not nearly as... More

My wife and I landed up here on our 1st night in Miami. After much deliberation, it turned out to be a good choice. Food was very tasty. Mojtios incredible. Service was ok. Would eat here again. Shame some of the younger waiters didn't express much love for their jobs
