YUCA, an acronym for Young Urban Cuban-Americans, is widely known as being South Florida's original upscale Cuban restaurant featuring Innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine or as the locals call it "Nuevo Latino." This style of cooking includes traditional Latin ingredients such as a plethora of textures, colors, and flavors that when combined creates a cuisine that is unique to anything offered outside of the Caribbean and Latin America.

Great food! Amazing service!

So me and my friend were looking for a good Cuban restaurant, and we stumbled upon YUCA. We sat outside cause the weather was nice and not so humid. Our server recommended we try the stuffed red peppers with chorizo. It was amazing! Then I ordered this seafood rice called Paella, again amazing... read more

We just stumbled upon this place and really loved the food they served. Even better, their prices are so reasonable and it gives you a chance to try a bunch of different things on their menu. The portion sizes are really large so you don't need to order that much to fill you up - but you'll want to! The... More

We went to Yuca yesterday , albeit after 10pm. The service was awful, the waiter rude, and to cap it all we were too late for dessert. We should have been informed of that when we sat down. I felt that we were very rushed. The meal was ok but over priced for what we got. Then when the bill... More

By accident we stumbled into the little restaurant and was blown away by the pleasant waiters and the excellent food. Your taste buds will be excited by the roasted red peppers with chirozo...mouth watering just thinking about it. Happy hour is skillfully placed at lunch time so you get to take advantage of the discounts during the day and can... More

We thought we would try here for dinner, as we had seen that it was packed out the night before, so we assumed that it must be a good place...how wrong we were! The service (or should I say lack thereof) was appalling for a number of reasons: 1) We had our main course dropped in front of us when... More

Excellent food and service for a restaurant in a tourist hot stop. This one is definitely the best one on Lincoln road and worth many repeats. If you are trying to decide where to go, have no doubt this is an excellent choice. The drinks were also great and you can't leave without trying dessert. It is in a great... More

We had drinks and a bit to eat here. Nice atmosphere, sitting along Lincoln rd. Food was very good but very pricy for a small portion size. Also drinks are very good but really expensive for what it is. 18% service charge is included automatically. Service was a bit slow.

Yuca is situated on Lincoln Road, so one can expext every evening to be busy. This is a bit disturbing if you want to eat outside, but can be interesting to see (in our opinion very diverse) people walking by. We sat outside, because America is such a fan of way to cold air conditioning. The food is good, but... More

Young Urban Cuban American. We luckily stopped here during our shopping and enjoyed a couple drinks on the patio and enjoyed very fresh, well prepared cuban fare that was actually better than Versailles. Cuban men in fedora as uniform, very attentive and a nice place overall. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
