Typical diner food but be careful

My wife and I stopped here because of it being a somewhat iconic landmark. Sandwiches were fine (very good patty melt) but the charge for two fountain drinks was $7 plus the mandatory 16.5 tip or $8 for two cokes. Ask for water instead. Service was slow (it was not a busy time of day) and we were... read more

This place is the typical American diner experience. Large portions and typical diner food. FYI:No gluten free or diary free options, but staff very helpful to ensure they work around the menu so you have something to eat!

We found this place by chance while walking the main road in Miami Beach. As opposed to the endless chain of tourist traps along the main road, this place felt more like a neighborhood diner with a more low key vibe. The food was simple but well prepared and tasty. The service was excellent. Was a nice break from the... More

Whenever I travel to Miami, This diner is a must-have. The staff is outstanding and the food is simply outstanding. The turkey, stuffing, fries and CRANBERRY SAUCE is outstanding!

I recently moved to South Beach and quickly became a regular at this place. For the most part I have had good service here but one time I did not. Seeing as they include gratuity, I requested not to have a specific server. Not only did the server I didn't want serve me, but upon giving me the check he... More

Spent four days in Miami last week and ventured to the 11th Street Diner on three occasions as I'd seen it on Triple D. Started excellent then trailed off markedly. Tuesday night for dinner - Party of three. BBQ chicken wings to start followed by burgers and then chocolate volcano cake for dessert. Food and service great. Wished I'd got... More

How many ways can you say delicious, tasty, drool worthy, etc? I had the skirt steak, carrots, and macaroni & cheese in this cute diner and it was just such a lovely experience). This restaurant was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and even if it wasn't just walking past it it screams at you "come eat here because i'm... More

They had a broad menu. The burgers are delicous, wings were good, stuffing with the turkey dinner might have been the best stuffing I ever had. Milkshakes were ok, Peanut butter and chocolate was great but the apple pie was terrible.
